Lord GOD 🙏🏼I’m On The Radio With my single “Tonight” 📻 😢 🎵After all these years of pouring into other people’s music, hearing my own on the radio has stopped me in my tracks.

Just a Sunday Thank You 🙏🏼 🎙️

This little record is finding its way… and my heart is full.

👑 @therealcharita Charita Brittenum-Carter thank you for walking this road with me, believing in this music and carrying it into rooms where it could be heard. I love you and I’m so grateful for you.

Thank you Mr. @DerekHarperatl 💯 Derek Harper at @majicatl 107.5/97.5 Atlanta, the first programmer to hear something in “Tonight” and give it a home on the radio.

👑 @BigDogReggieRouse @v103atlanta for hearing it, believing in it and making room for me. I Know You know a hit and this means more than words can say.

And Thank you Queen 👑 @themsmagic Magic Crutcher at Power 94.3 @wmpzg93 Chattanooga for believing and carrying “Tonight” into another market.

And Eric D. Wilson @theblackbanker my bestie, husband, my co-writer, my partner in all of this man Thank you for believing in me, even on the days when I needed you to believe enough for both of us. 🥹

And God… Thank You Heavenly Father for reminding me that Your timing is ALWAYS better than mine.

I’m So sad that I’m Never going to hear you say
🗣️”Rita Love” to me Every Single Time you see me…I hear your voice right now in my head…. I remember when you 1st started @columbiarecords and I was @epicrecords …we were at a Sony Dinner here in ATL…and you came and sat beside me, introduced yourself and said to me, “I want you to teach me everything you know about doing this job…”…I laughed and said “OK” 👍🏽and from that night forward, I tried to do just that. That was around 32-33 years ago(3 decades)…after that, We ended up working together at Epic, Columbia, “Sony Urban”… you were one of my FAV “Lil Brothers”. Blood couldn’t have made us any closer…

Our daughters attended each other’s Birthday Parties… I remember my Syd attending Lauryn’s “21st” just maybe 8 years ago…

You were such a Great Dad…You were so Proud of your babygirl at Spelman and her Dancing skills and career… You totally cherished and Loved Your Mom and your brothers…

This World and The Music 🎶 Industry Lost a Great Person on yesterday, September 30th, 2026.
