We are BLACK WOMEN!..... We to have a VOICE ......We don’t tear down other BLACK WOMEN!..... we have felt the pain of NOT BEING HEARD and we have decided we will be deliberate about building others! If I didn’t tag you, please don’t be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, we women find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around let’s do something positive!!🌟 Upload 1 picture of yourself.... ONLY you. Then tag as many sisters to do the same. Let’s build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. ❤️COPY AND PASTE 💛If I tagged you, don’t disappoint me!!! 📸@alexmosley 😘 by @therealconciergevet

When you get to share your world with America's Favorite Mom @iamtabithabrown and her brother @nicfew it's definitely something to post about. It was such a blessing having #tabithabrown down in good ole Keithville, LA to meet our over 300+ chimpanzees residents at #chimphaven
Check us out @chimphaven to see all the amazing care we provide for our retirees.

Double HBCU Vetted TSU 💙🤍💙 and TU ❤️💛❤️
My HBCU experience was stellar. by @therealconciergevet

I am proud to finally be able to share Pierre's story.

In July a veterinary team led by Dr. DaShaunte Coleman (me 👋🏾🥰), Dr. Raven Jackson, and Dr. Kenneth Pierce performed Chimp Haven's first cataract removal surgery on Pierre to aid him regain not only his eyesight but a fuller quality of life.

Three Tuskegee University ❤️💛❤️ graduates in one room with one goal ensuring Pierre's vision was returned aiding him with the opportunity to continue to live the chimp life in his retirement.

I am proud to work for an organization that keeps chimpanzees welfare and best practices at the forefront.

To every member of Pierre's care team; husbandry, behavior, and veterinary thank you for your commitment to being innovative and groundbreaking as we navigate caring for an aging colony of nearly 300 chimpanzees. You all are the rock star!
