The Mac Truck pro card win.

Post show period handled now, gyno surgery done, recovery mode now until we blast till kingdom come.

Monday’s PUSH session.

Currently sitting at 252lbs - 9 days post show.

Sleep is good
Training is good
Mentally I feel good
Prep fight or flight mode is slowly leaving the chat.

Session went as follows -
Ex 1 - Prime Pec dec (3 sets)
Ex 2 - incline cybex smith press (2 sets)
Ex 3 - flat prime pin loaded press (2 sets)
2nd set 1 drop set.
Ex 4 - Gymleco plate loaded OS press (2 sets)
Ex 5 - Nautilus lateral raise (3 sets)
Ex 6 - Rope tricep extensions SS straight bar bicep curls (3 sets)
Last set double drop set with partials.

+ Post workout meal
200g JP white choc coconut COR
60g JP iso caramel fudge
200g berries
20g almond butter
Sweet cinnamon
3g pink salt
+ 1 tab of Engineered Krill and TurbMag.
