We FINALLY finished this remodel on a single-family house!

It’s my LAST HOUSE RENTAL! 🙅‍♂️

Why? Because as you guys know, I DON’T LIKE DOING HOUSES! 😤

Look at what we did:
-Recessed lighting 💡
-New carpet
-Fresh paint
-COMPLETELY redid the kitchen! 🍽️

... BUT... 👀 For me to recover the amount of MONEY that went into this remodel is going to take a LONG TIME! ⏰💰
