❌5 SALES WORDS TO AVOID Sales professionals are aware of how their communication is perceived. If you're not, then you're walking the mind field of saying something you shouldn't.💥 Learn to use the right words when speaking with clients... And stop praying that you'll make it to the "sale" on the other side.😅 Psychology is heavy in sales, and certain words create reactions; both good and bad. Make the necessary edits in your sales vocabulary to ensure you're getting "the good."✅ Are you getting "the good" or "the bad?" 📤Share this post with someone who can't say things right! 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. ✂️CUT THESE 5 ERRORS OUT Learning sales is like learning golf. There are so many tips and techniques to focus on in the beginning.🏌🏻‍♂️ Often in the moment you get caught in your own head. You try to "think about" too much, and blow the moment.💥 Start with baby steps. Here are 5️⃣ errors that you can correct today: ❌1. You sell your product, not the solution - People buy results, not objects or services. ❌2. You undervalue influencers - Decision makers are key, but don't overlook the value of building relationships with gatekeepers. Find out what makes them special, and how they value importance. ❌3. You're afraid to ask tough questions - If there is a barrier between you and closing, it needs to be acknowledged. They might not be interested, they might object, and there might be a moment of discomfort; but it's the only way to overcome the barrier. ❌4. You believe a "lower price" is the answer - Lowering your price is never the answer. Repackage and add value. People will put themselves in debt to have something if they see the value. ❌5. You think people will "close" themselves - Warm presentations and engaging conversations are not going to close the deal. Don't lose the sale because you didn't ask. Which of these errors do you have the most issues with? 📤Share this with someone who needs correction. 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. 👺IT STARTS WITH ATTITUDE Sales begins just like most life endeavors do. With a great attitude.🧠 Those who can maintain their attitude while the world is falling apart, are the most valued and successful people. This type of discipline isn't something you're born with.👦🏼 And it's certainly not something that happens overnight. It's the continued commitment to developing and maintaining that attitude over time.🧱 Don't try to climb to the top in one day. It will be overwhelming.🥵 Start with discipline in the small areas of your life. Let that explode into progress and as a result, sales.💯 Is attitude important to you? 💬Tell me how you leverage yours in the comments. 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. 🖋SELLING DOESN’T MEAN SPEAKING Introverts don't typically like to speak a lot. So the thought of doing a sales pitch is nerve racking.😰 People looking at you, and observing your every move and thought. Are you ready for that type of attention?😳 Take the anxiety out of selling, and turn the tables around. Take control of the conversation and limit how much you're speaking, by asking the right questions.🐺 The right questions will get prospects to open up, and mello the vibe for easier conversations. And there's so much more to it than that.💯 🐙Check part 1 of the collab on @alek.octopus How would you sell a pen? 👀WHEN BUDGET ISN'T THE ISSUE We all have heard budget objections from here to the moon. But when you hear some crying wolf, and they have called it out multiple times before, are you likely to believe them?🐺 Often folks are able to afford your solution but choose not to. There is a little voice in the back of their head that is speaking to them.🗣 That voice is clouding their mind with uncertainties, and reasons to walk away. If you haven't considered what this voice is saying, save this post immediately.💾 Are you addressing uncertainty? 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. 💬I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A 3RD PARTY Selling to couples and companies has its extra share of objections. The primary stall that develops is "the need to check with a 3rd party."🃏 This usually surfaces when your prospect doesn't want to tell you the truth. They place responsibility on someone else, so that they don't need to be the bad guy.😨 People don't like tension especially during sales negotiations. Prospects don't want to be required to bring up their problem with the offer.🤫 That's your role as a professional sales person to figure it out.🤔 The scenario in this reel could have played out a few different ways. If the prospect in this reel answered my questions differently, these would be the scripts to use: ✅Sales Pro: "What if she says no?" 🌀Prospect: "They won't say no if it's something I want." ✅Sales Pro: "Let's do this then, what do you say? ✅Sales Pro: "Would they say "no" to the money or the product?" 🌀Prospect: "The product won't be right." ✅Sales Pro: "What about the product isn't right?" Are you hearing this objection? 💾Save this post to get the truth. 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. 🔪ISOLATE BEFORE YOU ADDRESS The first objection you hear, is more than likely not the real objection. It's just the first thing they thought of that would make sense in the situation.💩 It's like when you're shopping retail and asked if you "need help." You say "I'm browsing" or "just looking" when you know there's more to it.💀 To test the validity of the objection, agree and isolate. It doesn't matter what they object to, remove that from the situation and see how they respond.🤯 If they move on to something else, you know you haven't found the truth. Continue to isolate until you've found it.💯 Have you taken this approach before? 🤝Share this post if you haven't. 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. 👋🏻GREETINGS! Do you value first impressions? Are you aware of how you come across when you greet people? 🤔 Your greeting is more than just welcoming your prospect to engage. The right words make prospects "feel" better about participating.🥰 Introductions are essential if you're to be comfortable addressing each other. And they provide further insights as to how willing your prospect will be to "open up."🤲🏻 With this information you have a platform to transition into discovery mode. But don't race in without establishing some sort of common ground.🤝 A prospect at ease, is a prospect easier to please.💯 Do you value your greeting? 💾Save this post to set prospects at ease. 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. 🧠DONT BE FORGOTTEN! Whether you're calling on businesses or entrepreneurs on Instagram.... You're not the only sales person to speak with your prospect.🤫 Not to mention other sales people in different industries that are vying for that same capital.🤯 Folks only have so much money, how can you make sure you're considered when the time comes? 🚨FOLLOW UP! How much business are you losing because you don't follow up the right way?🤔 There are 3️⃣ types of people that don't follow up: ❌1. You had a bad experience with follow up and decided it's not for you ❌2. You lack the creativity to continue to follow up with fresh outreach ❌3. You're lazy and don't have the motivation to do what it takes If you're only following up a handful of times, you’re losing sales. Don't annoy prospects with redundant outreach, get creative.💭 😤Are you "bothering" clients with follow up? 💾Save this and stay in contact the right way. 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95. ⚰️ARE YOU GETTING BLOCKED BY BUDGET? If your sales process involves any time of meeting prior to closing, you know what these objections are like. It could be a demo, discovery call, or webinar. In addition to whatever other objection they throw your way, you're also asking them for their time.⏱ Successful folks place a high value on their time, and you need to be able to justify taking it.💎 Most objections are given without thought and are reactionary to a situation. That doesn't mean that they are real!🚨 Use this framework to bring logic back into the situation. 🐔"I CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THAT." The world is packed with negative, "can't do," victim mindset people. They turn their nose up at anything outside of "their" ordinary.😣 The "doers" figure it out and "do it." While the "can't doers" make excuses and justify why something can't be done.🤫 Your mindset must revolve around progressing forward, and finding an answer. Stagnation and rigidity kills deals.🥶 Clients only want to know how their specific problem can be addressed. People appreciate folks that don't quit, and are persistent in finding solutions.🤩 Even if it doesn't work out this time, people want to work with "solution-oriented" folks, and will find reasons to come back. When you are committed to finding a solution, you will get creative.🧠 You never know what you can work out when your passion meets innovation. Be the answer, not another problem.💯 Are you willing to work outside of your "normal?" 💾Save this post and start earning business creatively. 📲Click the link in my bio and watch to see if you're worth $9.95.
