Grief isn’t measured by how long you stay inside, cancel plans, or put your life on hold.

The depth of your love isn’t proven by how long you suffer.

You can smile again.
You can laugh again.
You can live again.

None of that means you loved them any less. It means you’re learning how to carry their memory with you while continuing to live the life they would want for you.
