250 years.

For 250 years, America has been built by people who show up.

The ones who pour the concrete before sunrise.
Who keep the lights on.
Who raise the steel.
Who weld, wire, pave, repair, fabricate, operate, and solve problems most people never stop to think about.

Every generation leaves its mark.

Not just in history books...
In bridges, roads, schools, hospitals, neighborhoods, power lines, factories, and communities.

As we celebrate America's 250th birthday, we're also celebrating the people who continue building what's next.

To everyone working with their hands, their minds, and their hearts to strengthen the places we call home, THANK YOU!

Happy Independence Day from all of us at Crew.

Here's to the builders of yesterday, today, and the next 250 years.

This day 6 years ago was the first official day of Circle P Excavation. I went from planting corn on the 19th to demolition on the 20th. I am still excited about where we are headed as a company and also impressed as to how far we have come since the beginning. Here is to many more years serving our customers! by @therealnedirtworks

One of the best parts of @conexpoconagg is the people you run into along the way.

Crew board member, Chad Porteck of Circle P Excavation, checked in with Ryan Goodfellow, owner of Rock Structures Utility & Excavating, for a few quick questions at a Trimble event.

Always great connecting with professionals who are out there doing the work.

Advice has a way of sticking with us, especially at the start of a career.

In a recent conversation, Chad Porteck, Crew Board Member and owner of Circle P Excavation, shared what he believes matters most for someone entering the trades today. It’s the kind of perspective that helps students move from curiosity to confidence.

At Crew Collaborative, these are the conversations we aim to bring into classrooms every day.

Just another day at the office for Crew Board Member, Chad! He often shares how being an owner/operator means no two days are the same.
That's one thing we love about #bluecollar life! 💪🏼
