Bulking season went hard. Unintentionally too. But here we are. We’ve been here before. Only this time there’s certainty about accomplishing our fitness goals, because we’ve done it before…time and time again.
Life is cyclical and I’m not ashamed of my journey. Where before I would wanna hide my belly rolls and love handles, today I embrace the videos and photos, because the transformation that I’m about to share with y’all is either gonna make me or break me.
