DR. ANGELA C. WRIGHT

Introducing one of our speakers for Million Dollar Conversations: Business Edition, Dr. Angela C. Wright!

On October 25, 2026, Dr. Angela is joining us for Mimosas & Business Weekend for a powerful conversation around faith, purpose, entrepreneurship, resilience, and rebuilding.

After serving nearly 14 years in federal prison, she dedicated her freedom to helping others transform their lives and boldly walk in purpose. Today, she is the founder of Chance 2 Change and host of the faith-based Break Phree Podcast.

Now THIS is a testimony, and we’re getting into the conversation behind it.

This is bigger than a party. ❤️

I had the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Angela Wright, Founder of @ChanceTwoChange, to talk about the heart behind Chance 2 Change, the work they’re doing for our youth and families, and why supporting organizations like this matters.

That’s why ATL Hive Day on Da Roof is about more than us coming together to dance, sing and celebrate. We’re also coming together to GIVE BACK. 🐝🍑

When you join us Saturday, September 26, we’re asking you to bring a gift card of ANY amount to donate to Chance 2 Change. Every gift helps support the kids and families they serve.

Can’t make it to ATL Hive Day? You can still be a part of the impact! Visit www.chancetwochange.org to learn more and make a donation directly.

Let’s party with a purpose, ATL. ❤️

ATL Hive Day on Da Roof

WALKING LIKE GOD ALREADY SAID YES💃🏾

Nothing about this walk came easy. Every step carries the weight of what I survived, the grace that kept me, and the confidence of a woman who knows God didn’t bring her this far to play small.

I’m not just stepping into a new season—I’m arriving as the woman I prayed to become. ❤️‍🔥

LET THEM!

One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn to date, is to
let people be exactly who they are
let people do exactly what they choose
let people be fake, phony, or weird independent of a response from me.

Let them is one powerful phrase. Try putting it into practice. by @therealphree

Your past may explain where you’ve been, but it doesn’t have to determine where you’re going. 💯

The Process

I remember being in solitary confinement for 17 months straight! 1 phone call every 30 days for 15 minutes, no clock, no tv, no cell mate - just a steel bed, steel toliet with a sink attached to it & my thoughts.
I was only allowed to take a shower 3 times a week for 10 minutes. My tray was handed to me through a slot in the door as if I was a dog. Prison is bad, but solitary confinement is worst. It’s enough to drive a person insane.
Some women took their life, others turned to psyche meds, but me I chose God. So when you look at me and think she’s so strong, I can’t take the credit. It was and always will be ALL God💃🏾 by @therealphree
