Honored to be selected for a second follow-up interview after my feature in Canvas Rebel magazine last year. It is humbling to be recognized among accomplished business leaders and to reflect on a 25-year journey that has spanned commercial finance, real estate investment, and business consulting. More importantly, this recognition reminds me that we are only at the beginning.

Throughout my career, I have had one mission: to help business owners across America reach their highest potential. Whether through finance, sales, operations, leadership, or strategic leverage, my passion has always been helping others build stronger businesses, create lasting wealth, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

I have officially been involved in over $1 billion in commercial credit throughout my career.

For me, this milestone is not about the number. It is about the thousands of business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and families who were able to grow, expand, create jobs, and build wealth because they had access to capital.

Over the last 25 years, I have worked across Commercial Banking, C&I Lending, Equipment Finance, SBA, Multifamily, Syndications, Vineyard Properties, Commercial Real Estate, and Investment Real Estate. My background in finance, accounting, credit risk, executive management, and real estate allows me to bring a unique perspective to every opportunity.

When you actually audit your life, you’ll see it. Periods where you thought you were being productive, but you were just spinning. Planning, thinking, waiting. That’s where most people lose. That’s why most businesses fail. Not lack of opportunity. Not lack of intelligence. Waste of time.

Overthinking is a losing strategy. Execution is the only path that produces results.

Go do the work. Put yourself in motion. Adjust as you go. That’s how you create outcomes.

It’s not easy. It’s not supposed to be. It’s not always fun. Life isn’t fair. None of that matters.

Your success is necessary. Act like it.

Many people will dispute this they will say life is not about work. It’s not about money, but the ones who know… they know. Life is complicated. It’s difficult. It can be nasty. It can also be wonderful, but I’ll tell you one thing, I’d rather go through the painful and difficult times with money instead of being poor. There are so many complications to worry about within this world, having money makes it just a little bit easier. Love it or hate it. It’s just the way it is. Don’t waste time fighting it, accept it as a reality, learn from it, and apply the principal to make your life better.
