Took me the longest to understand that an idle mind is the devil‘s playground. I learned from the actions of others that an idle mind that isn’t occupied with anything creates chaos and unnecessary drama. by @therealshadiamond

I just want to save this here for next year 🥳 I cannot wait to set up this greenhouse for US! 👩🏾‍🌾 I’m feeding the community with food AND knowledge all summer of 2027. 🪏🌱

HEAR ME OUT… there’s a robot doing inventory in the wholesale store today. Seen it with my own eyes 😭 I already hate self-checkout because why do I have to go to my job, then come here and do more work? 🤭

There are more than enough humans available and in need of employment. I wonder how much that robot is paid and also what it cost! Meanwhile people are behind on bills and struggling to find somebody hiring. 🧐😕

That’s part of why growing food and sharing what I know matters to me. We need to be able to feed ourselves AND each other. 💚 by @therealshadiamond

🌱🍓 The growing season may be coming to an end, but my garden clearly didn’t get the memo! 😂💚

Here’s a little plant science for you! 🌿 As long as temperatures remain favorable, plants can continue photosynthesizing, flowering, and producing fruit. Some strawberry varieties even produce multiple harvests throughout the growing season!

So while October is here and daylight is getting shorter, my peppers, strawberries, and other veggies are still putting in WORK! 🌶️🍓

Nature doesn’t follow a calendar. It responds to its environment! 🌎💚

🌿💚 FUN FACT!

Did you know a damaged leaf can still help your plant grow? 👀

Through photosynthesis, healthy green parts of a leaf continue producing energy, even when the edges are brown and crispy! ☀️🌱

Not every damaged leaf needs to be removed! 🍃

The more you know, the more you grow! 💚 by @therealshadiamond
