A week I’ll never forget. 🌴✨

The @sitesoutheast Incentive Leadership Experience was more than a successful program — it was a moment that reminded me of what can happen when a destination, a resort, and an incredible team come together with a shared vision.

I’m incredibly grateful to our Kimpton Grand Roatán family for the countless hours, attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and genuine care that went into making this experience so special. Behind every beautiful moment, there was a team working tirelessly behind the scenes — and I couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together. ❤️

To my team: thank you for showing up, stepping up, and giving it your all. You represented our resort and our island with so much heart, and it showed.

We were honored to welcome 50+ incentive travel professionals and give them a taste of the beauty, culture, adventure, and hospitality that make Roatán so unique — from Charankako Bay and Gumbalimba to snorkeling the world’s second-largest barrier reef and experiencing West End.

There is something incredibly special about being part of a team that isn’t just selling a destination, but helping put it on the map.

So grateful. So proud. And so excited for what’s next. 🌎🌴

Roatán is ready. And we’re ready to welcome you.
