It’s been 8 months of carrying my sweet golden baby, and all I can think about is how it’s getting closer to this beautiful beginning of motherhood. I’ve watched this body do amazing things. Bodybuilding showed me a certain level of strength, but watching my body grow and carry this child has shown me a whole new kind of strength. The female body is absolutely incredible. I’ve appreciated and thanked my body at every stage. Some stages I’ve admired more than others, but the fact of the matter is that each one brings me closer to giving life. I’m truly blessed to be able to experience it.

Fitness has been a huge part of this journey too, with my focus simply being on staying as healthy as I can. There are days I hit three movements and I’m done, and other days I’m crushing six or seven movements like I’m not carrying around a little hippo. Working out has kept me grounded through every stage of my life for the past 13 years, and this season is no different. I know it will always be part of my foundation, both mentally and physically.

Officially in the home stretch, feeling energized for now, faithfully completing my stretches, crushing my dates and raspberry leaf tea, staying high protein, and resting my body when it needs it. I’ll definitely be sharing my birth story and vlog with everyone once that time comes. But for now, we nest. by @therealtayfit

Happy Father’s Day Hubby 🤍

Thank you for being by my side through every doctor’s appointment, every ultrasound, every milestone, & every moment in between. Thank you for talking to Baby Bean, kissing my belly every day, and making this journey feel special in every way. Watching you get excited for our little one and already show so much love before you’ve even met them has made me even more grateful to be doing this with you. Baby Bean is already so lucky to have you, and I can’t wait to watch the bond you two will share. Thank you for loving us the way you do and for making this season of life sooooo beautiful.

One year married… how did we get here so fast?! Four years together and somehow it still feels like that very first year with the same laughs & same “can’t get enough of you” energy. We really went from “just met” to building a whole life together and I’d choose you every single time, no hesitation 🤍Marriage with you? 10/10, even with the random debates, stealing snacks, and who’s turn is it arguments 😂 And now a baby on the way 🍼🥹 Still in love like day one, just with better memories, stronger roots, and a whole lot more inside jokes.
