Product of this year’s ume madness! Was super excited to see Purple King ume on the shelves at Meidi-Ya. Purple King ume cheesecake. Purple King ume jam swirled into cheesecake batter. Jelly on top made with purple king ume syrup and home-made umeshu. I ❤️ ume!

A whole evening at Selene. This one a proper journey through Greek wines ❤️ Started with a wine tasting in the beautiful cave. Carried on through dinner with the half moon menu. The bottles featured are ones we have to hunt down. Unfortunately, it has been impossible trying to ship wines to Singapore from Greece 🥴

Selene restaurant features an incredible selection of wine by the glasses. The courtyard in Katikies Garden Santorini is a sanctuary away from Fira’s crowds. The tomato tart served with Greek cheese sauce, basil sorbet and olives soil my fav dish of the menu.

Exploring the caldera, this time by hiking from Fira to Oia. Start before everyone wakes to hear the quiet ❤️ Manageable walk, just one stretch of downhill scree slope was 😵‍💫. We were told there are more downslopes from Fira to Oia 😂 A sleeping Fira so much more charming.

Beautiful morning on a Catamaran exploring the Aegean Sea. View of the caldera from a different perspective ❤️ The private Catamaran cruise booked through @santoriniview didn’t disappoint. Way exceeded expectations in terms of the lunch served on board. We were not expecting such a tasty spread!

The almost 300 steps from Oia down to Ammoudi Bay. Spectacular view. Steep parts, uneven steps, donkey poo and all, still worth it. But nope, we didn’t attempt the hike back up after dark 😂 Did not seem like a particularly bright idea with the insane wind.

The early access tour of Acropolis run by @athenswalkingtours was the best idea. The first group in meant time before the crowds arrived. Magda, our guide, is an archeologist! Learnt so much on top of witnessing historical magnificence ❤️ taken in Acropolis of Athens by @therealvinoyogi
