Healing in all forms and happy Mother's Day 🫶

For the past week I have been battling a nasty chest infection 😷 which is annoying because I have almost graduated physio on my knee. 🙄

For the safety of others (I was coughing everywhere) and sanity of myself I spent some time out of the gym and in the Mackenzie valley instead. 🏔️

But on the day I felt well enough to workout again (after work which is why my hand is covered in paint) there were cookies available to give to my Mum! How cool! The universe works in funny ways. 🍪

I found that moving my body gently without pushing myself too hard has actually helped with my healing.✨

Can you believe that the first video is supposed to be lunges?? 🤯
Now don't get me wrong I know my form is still bad!!

I genuinely couldn't lunge so when that was added to my physio plan so I just did little squats 🤣

Also...IM PRETTY MUCH HEALED!!!✨🎉

I still have a lot of missing muscle to rebuild but I would like to thank @anytimefitnessshirley and you guys for all your support, I could not have done this journey without you 😢
This is proof that even when the odds are against you anything is possible.
