POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve had a lot of jobs. Boutique owner, YouTuber, college recruiter, agency designer (and the list goes on). But every single one paid me to do the exact same thing: figure out why people buy.

Which I did. I eventually got really good at it, too.

Every seemingly random thing I’ve done has become another skillset in my toolbelt. And nowadays I use them all to build Workhorse Websites for beauty and wellness pros that are pretty enough to make them proud and work hard enough to keep them booked.

(I may be biased, but the full story is better than the CliffsNotes version. Swipe through to see how it all came together.)

And if you’re up to it, let me know the most random job you’ve worked in the comments 👀 I know I’m not the only one who God took the scenic route. by @therebrandlab

Sharing a few of my favorite sections from my new website... including #6, which I think is the best one on the whole 56+ page site. (And that’s saying a lot.)

The best part? Every single design and animation works and looks just as good on mobile. I made sure all of it translated, so the same fun scroll experience you get on a computer is right there on your phone too.

Check it out for yourself. And while you’re at it, let me know which section you’re feeling the most? 💻👀

So The Rebrand Lab 2.0 took way longer than I planned. (Like, way way longer.)

But I’m honestly so freaking glad it did.

For once, I wasn’t just the designer. I was the client. Staring at my own business and asking the same questions I ask you. What’s still working? What am I holding onto just because? And who am I actually building this for?

It forced me to look at every single part of my business. Every service. Every page. Every “this is how I’ve always done it.”

Some of it I’ve outgrown, and I decided to let go. Some of it I’ve grown into, and I finally said yes to.

And now I get it on a whole new level. The second-guessing. The “is this even me anymore?” The way a rebrand feels less like a makeover and more like a mirror.

So when you sit down to work with me on your website, know that I’ve sat in that seat recently too.

And as scary and uncomfortable as it can be for some of us to be the face of something, to fully take up space and not care what people think…when you do work that’s as important as what you and I do, you have to.

The work is too good to keep quiet about.

So yeah, this is months and months in the making. Working on this new site has pushed my design skills to a whole other level, which, yes, means a better website for me…but it also means I’ll be building better websites for you.

In the age of AI and mediocre copy-and-paste prompted websites that pop up every day, I can’t afford not to pop my ish about what I do. I build websites for beauty and wellness professionals and I’m freaking good at it 🖐🏽🎤

But I can show you better than I can tell you.

The Rebrand Lab 2.0 is entering the chat on Wednesday, October 21st 💻🔬 Stay tapped in until then! by @therebrandlab

4 things I’m weirdly passionate about

Refusing to eat tacos without sour cream

90’s R&B (Lauryn Hill, Mariah Carey, TLC, SWV, Brandy, and so on)

Bringing a blanket into the movie theater

Helping beauty professionals and wellness providers fill their books, grow their teams, and make more money

They’re some of the hardest working women I know, and they go to work every day to help other women feel their best. They deserve it all, honestly 🫶🏽

I’m trying to help as many beauty and wellness entrepreneurs as I can before the end of the year. So much so, that I made a free podcast that teaches you how to drive more people to your website.

I wanna see more Pittsburgh businesses show up on Google, create their own lane, and fill their books without relying on social media or referrals to be found.

Trust me, it’s possible!

If you’re a hair stylist, esthetician, therapist, makeup artist, doula, or injector, I’m rooting for you big time.

Comment “TDS” and I’ll send you the link to the podcast. There’s only six episodes and I made them super short so you can listen in between clients.
