That was the last performance of my 11th season working in @operaorkestret @operaen_ - and my 25th season as a full time orchestra musician. Now, a few gigs and the summer course with @oslokammerakademi, then winter holiday in Argentina by @theredbassoon

Almost like meeting an old friend again after many years. The symphony I played in three different youth orchestras, and also the first major symphony where I played the first bassoon part professionally. Many great memories. And I’m sure it will be quite ok in the concert tomorrow as well! @operaorkestret @operaen_ by @theredbassoon

Family trip in Asia - but not entirely without bassoon or music related meetings! Great to see @jieunhur36 in Seoul 🇰🇷, eight years after we worked together in @operaen_ . And talking about @operaen_ - our “sister opera house”, also a @snohetta design, is currently being built in Busan. Nice view of the building site from our hotel! Last picture is the future vision of the area, the opera house in a “new” area between the central train station and the sea, something sounds very familiar… and what are the odds of suddenly seeing a young man with a bassoon case sitting down right next to me in the Busan metro?! Nice to meet you, @gyuminboy ! Next stop Japan 🇯🇵 taken in Busan 부산 by @theredbassoon
