#theredpuppet #artevisual #artecontemporaneo #visualartwork #artwork

Between the concrete, the heat beneath the yellow lights, and the stories told on rooftops—conversations on rooftops, lights waiting for someone to return, shadows watching from above as time marches on. by @theredpuppet

Remember one of my experiences with big brands. Some time ago, I had the opportunity to participate in Beck’s advertising campaigns with Aterciopelados and the Dorado’s álbum. This project was a starting point, and a key piece that motivated and began to open the way to the visual narrative and tributes that are now part of The Red Puppet.

To celebrate Alekos birthday, a book was created with several songs that were selected and sent to various illustrator colleagues, who created an illustrated version of each song. This is how “por Una-NiMiEdad” Alekos’ illustrated songbook, was born. Foreword by Jairo Buitrago

In my case, the song was “Canción a mi sombra” (Song to My Shadow), thanks to Alekos, Dipacho, and Carlos Riaño for inviting me to participate in this project, and to all the illustrators who took part. taken in Bogotá, Colombia by @theredpuppet
