I’ve been making comedy with @shaheenkcomedy for 20 years!! We started with improv in HS to filming skits in our early 20’s, doing stand up together to now writing Fleet Feet’s marketing videos. We are just getting started ✨ by @thereelbroussard

Starting an exciting new chapter! I’m renting my condo out and moving to the westside. Check out my listing on Zillow: Sherman Oaks

Desirable corner residence with minimal shared walls, two covered side-by-side parking spaces in a secure gated garage, and two oversized private storage units - a rare combination in the heart of Sherman Oaks.

The dining area is equipped with a banquette that adds character as well as concealed storage. This can also be removed upon request.

This beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers nearly 1,000 square feet of bright, single-level living with updated kitchen and bathrooms, central heating and air conditioning, abundant natural light, and an open-concept living and dining area.

Located on the second floor with elevator access, the corner location provides added privacy and a quieter living experience.

Set on a peaceful cul-de-sac, the community is just steps from a large neighborhood park and minutes from Ventura Boulevard’s restaurants, cafes, shopping, and entertainment. With convenient access to both the 101 and 405 freeways, commuting throughout Los Angeles is effortless.

Rent: $2,995/month
Lease: 12 months
Parking: 2 covered assigned spaces by @thereelbroussard

Everyone draws a name from a hat. The person whose name you draw is the person you’ll style. You’ll have 5 minutes to create their look, followed by a 5-minute photoshoot. Aaaaaaand go!!!! by @thereelbroussard

Congratulations to @jared_nelson_sd for an INCREDIBLE show last night! He performed a 60min one man show he’s been writing for years! It dives into his life story tackling addiction, love, and the journey we all go on to find ourselves. UGHHH MY HEART. Thank you for being so freakin vulnerable and sharing your story. I laughed, I cried and felt all the feels. The writing is phenomenal and Jared seamlessly captured our attention the entire time with just himself and a few props. I just love our acting community Irene Muzzy has brought together. I have been performing with this crew for 15 years! We have witnessed so many highs and lows on and off stage over the years. I feel so lucky to have grown with such a beautiful group throughout my time here in LA ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Jared for bringing an unforgettable evening! I highly recommend seeing his show, Friday - Sunday this weekend and next at The Hudson Theatre in Hollywood. by @thereelbroussard
