When he isn't celebrating the best of Canadian movies, Maurice the Moose is chasing summer festival season (yes, that includes music's hottest fests)!🫎🎵

Rumour has it he hoofed it to New Jersey to see #JustinBieber light up the World Cup Final Halftime Show... if the timing works out, he's galloping back to Canada for Montreal's Osheaga to catch the one and only #TateMcRae.

Maurice has a BUSY schedule, but he's open to appointments. 😉

🎥🍃 Last night REEL CANADA co-presented @topictureshow's screening of Riceboy Sleeps and we were met with the BIGGEST audience they have ever had for a Canadian feature!

@thereelmaurice was so excited to meet so many Canadian film lovers and loved all of the high fives and hugs he got. 😁

The @canfilmday team had a blast playing games and giving out prizes to you all!

Thank you for a great night of Canadian film.🍁 by @thereelmaurice

We had the BEST time co-presenting @topictureshow’s screening of Viking last month and we’re SO excited to do it all over again this Sunday!

We’ll be back at Christie Pits Park on August 13, co-presenting @topictureshow’s screening of Riceboy Sleeps, which runs with the short film Desi Standard Time Travel.

We hope to see you there! 😁 by @thereelmaurice
