Every year, we wish to give back to our community through some sort of act of kindness 💙 Instead of our traditional annual shoreline cleanup 🚮 we decided to select a local charity to partner up w and show our appreciation for all they do 🥰
*
One organization that has always held a special place in my heart is @backpackbuddiesbc 🎒 Kids are our future!! And whether they are kids or adults, we are all human beings and can only function at our best when we are nourished and fed 🙂
*
W the support from our generous sponsors, we were able to pack 60 Gift Bags for every #BackpackBuddy volunteer and 7 Gift Baskets for their Holiday raffle 🎁 We cannot wait to see who the 7 lucky winners are!! 🏆 And because it is Christmas,🎄 nobody should feel left out so everyone gets some healthy treats from us 🥰

Spreading some holiday love and kindness!

An afternoon visit to a treatment centre with Holly, our therapy pooch and offering tasty treats for all 🍭
💜💜💜💜

Additionally, Riley gathered 6 bags of gently used mens clothes from family and friends that will go towards their clothing room where clients can access free clothing during their stay.

New friends and old friends alike gathered together on Aug 15th to spread kindness by cleaning the shoreline at the Coquitlam River. We had meaningful conversations and enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather 🌈🤸‍♀️
