The rate matters. It’s just not the only number worth building your entire home search around. 👀

Your loan type, credit, down payment, purchase price, fees and overall monthly cost can all change what buying actually looks like for you. Even two buyers shopping at the same time may be offered different rates based on their individual loan scenarios.
