Mala beads have been used for centuries as a sacred tool for prayer, meditation and mantra.

Traditionally, a mala contains 108 beads. As you move through them one by one, you repeat a word, prayer or phrase connected to what you are calling into your life.

The practice gives your intention somewhere to live beyond your thoughts. You can hold it in your hands, speak it aloud and return to it through rhythm and repetition.

I have used mala beads in my own manifestation practice and shared them with many of the people I’ve read for. I’ve watched what can happen when someone creates a daily relationship with the life they desire.

The beads themselves do not make the change. They create a sacred space for clarity, attention and devotion. And over time, that practice can become incredibly powerful.

Every relationship has a path of its own.

Every time I join a group of women, I am reminded that there is something uniquely powerful about the energy women create when we gather together.

In the heart of the Lion’s Gate Portal, we moved through Kundalini yoga, explored our Soul Paths, and connected with the energy guiding each of us through the year ahead.

We manifested not simply from a place of wanting more, but from a deeper recognition of who we are, what our souls are here to experience, and what we are ready to call forward.

Tomorrow, 8/8, marks the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal, a moment many people use to set intentions for the year ahead.

Lately, one card has been appearing in reading after reading: The Six of Pentacles. This card is all about success.

It’s a reminder that manifestation isn’t about wishing for everything all at once. It’s about working in rhythm with time. Every season has its own purpose, and every dream has its own pace.

Here’s a simple ritual to try:
Divide a piece of paper into four quadrants.
Label them:
• Fall
• Winter
• Spring
• Summer

Choose one meaningful intention or goal for each season. As each season comes to an end, check in with yourself. If you accomplished it, celebrate. If not, carry it forward into the next season with renewed intention.

Manifestation isn’t about perfection. It’s about participating in the life you’re creating, one season at a time.

Each of us comes into this lifetime with unique gifts, sensitivities, challenges, and lessons our soul is here to explore. When we discover a child’s soul path, we gain insight into the energy they naturally carry, the role they play within the family, and the qualities they are here to develop throughout their lifetime.

It doesn’t tell us exactly who they will become. Rather, it offers a deeper glimpse into who they already are.

I’ve found that this awareness can transform the way we relate to our children. It invites us to move beyond behavior and into meaning. Beyond correction and into curiosity. Beyond expectation and into acceptance.

And because soul paths are only one part of the story, we can also look at the season of life a child is moving through right now. Some years invite growth and expansion. Others ask for reflection, connection, courage, or change.

When we understand both the soul and the season, we gain a richer perspective on how to support the people we love most.

The Summer Solstice marks a turning point. For thousands of years, people have honored this day as a celebration of light, growth, abundance, and possibility. While the Solstice calls us all toward the light, each of us experiences the season differently. Your Soul Path can help illuminate what this season is asking of you.

I’ve been quiet here for a little while.
Not because I wasn’t listening.
But because I was listening more deeply.
To nature.
To my own soul.
To the stories of the extraordinary people who continue to trust me with their lives, their questions, their hopes, and their hearts.

As the Summer Solstice approaches, I’ve been thinking about the power of seasons.
Not just the seasons outside our windows.
The seasons within us.
There are seasons when we are growing.
Seasons when we are grieving.
Seasons when we are falling in love.
Seasons when we are becoming someone new.

My work as an intuitive has taught me that most people aren’t looking for answers. They are looking for permission.
Permission to trust themselves, follow what they know deep inside and become who they already are.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing reflections on the seasons, soul numbers, yearly energy cycles, intuition, manifestation, family rituals, love, community, and the many ways we can live more deeply connected lives.

Listening to @themelrobbinspodcast interview with @mark_nepo brought me back to a simple truth from The Book of Awakening:

When you tend to your soul, you call in the love meant for you.

Nepo reminds us that when we root ourselves deeply enough to bloom, we naturally attract the people who can truly meet us. No chasing. Just becoming.

If you’re longing for real love, begin within. Grow. Bloom. Align with who you really are.

When you love yourself, you become the place where love arrives.
