Wellness looks different for every woman.

Our amazing partners at Hers led the day with Culture of Wellness, bringing women together for the conversations that too often happen quietly, if they happen at all. Alongside the incredible Dr. Jessica Shepherd, we created space for honest dialogue around what it truly means to care for the whole woman: our bodies, our minds, our relationships, the transitions we navigate and the care we deserve at every stage.

DAY TWO: CARE. CONNECTION. GRATITUDE. ✨

Day Two of The Residency was powerful and transformative.

We began with The Culture of Wellness with @hers , dedicating the morning and afternoon to honest, necessary conversations around health, wellness and the experiences of Black women. We talked, learned, listened and made space for the conversations that too often don’t get enough of it.

That afternoon, we gathered harborside for a beautiful luncheon, meaningful conversations and a reminder to simply be present. To celebrate being together. To appreciate the lives we get to live and not take a single moment for granted.

And that evening, DELIVERED with birthFUND and Elaine Welteroth brought us even deeper.

A powerful conversation around Black maternal health was woven together with live meditation from Devi Brown and a deeply moving moment of piano and prayer from Jonathan Singletary, creating an experience that spoke directly to the soul.

DAY ONE: RESET. GLOW. CONNECT. ✨

Day One of The Residency delivered the full spectrum.

We started the morning in movement with Peloton, followed by Rituals That Work; a conversation about the practices and routines that help us show up as our best selves, and continued with Atlanta Life, celebrating legacy and the stories we carry forward.

By afternoon, we took things harborside for the Golden Glow Picnic with our amazing partner Gold Bond: sunshine, harbor views, beautiful company and plenty of glow-up moments that had everyone beaming.

And then came the night! ⚡️

Relationships Unfiltered with Founder and Matchmaker Arvia Few @arviafew of DOTTIE was electric; an evening filled with energy, honesty and real conversation as an incredible room of guests came together to unpack everything that makes Black love beautiful, complicated, joyful and real. @thedottieclub

Finding your third space isn’t just about where you go. It’s about how a space makes you feel.

At The Residency, we set out to create a place for community, conversation, and connection. A space where you could show up as you are, meet someone new, and feel like you belonged.
