🏆 RECORD-BREAKING NEWS! 🏆

The 2026 RealTrends Verified Rankings are officially in, and The Reynolds Team has achieved milestones like never before! 🚀

This year brought a massive new milestone for us: due to our incredible growth, we were moved up into the ultra-competitive Mega Teams category. Competing against much larger operations across the country, our dedicated family of 25 agents absolutely crushed it based on our 2025 sales data!

Here is where we stand:
🥇 #1 Team in Vero Beach
🌴 Top 10 in Florida (#7 in Closed Sides & #9 in Sales Volume)
🇺🇸 Top 70 in the United States (#61 in Sales Volume & #66 in Closed Sides)

We completely shattered our own history in 2025, closing 441 sides and achieving an extraordinary $245.20 Million in sales volume! We are also immensely proud to be powered by Compass, which was just named the #1 Brokerage in the United States by Sales Volume!

A massive congratulations to our phenomenal sales team and staff who make this machine run every single day, and an even bigger THANK YOU to our amazing clients. You are the reason we show up, work hard, and continue to grow year after year. This win belongs to all of us! ❤️

🏆The results for 2025 are in, and The Reynolds Team is officially in the Compass Top 100!

To our world-class agents, our dedicated powerhouse support crew, and most importantly our amazing clients: Thank you for making us a leader in Florida real estate.

While the $222 million in sales and 433 homes we sold are milestones we’re proud of, the real win is the trust our clients placed in us to guide them home. We don’t just sell houses, we move lives forward. 🏠 Let’s keep raising the bar in 2026! ✨

Big goals start with bigger thinking. We just wrapped day one in Scottsdale with Tom Ferry and with some of the top real estate teams in the country, and the theme was simple: stretch, then stretch again. If you are an agent ready to double your goals instead of defending them, let's talk. Message me to go big with The Reynolds Team.

⛳ Par for the Course, Fun for the Team!

A little friendly competition, a little team bonding, and a well-deserved night out! 💚

Each month, our Realtors go head-to-head in a friendly team contest, and our August winners took home a free night out on the town! We celebrated last weekend at Top Golf, where the fun was just as good as the competition.

Congrats to our "Par for the Course" champs! 🏆 Thanks for bringing the competitive spirit and making our team so much fun to be part of!
