18 months ago I was stuck. Low energy. No confidence. No direction. I stopped making excuses and started following a plan built on discipline, routine and consistency. This transformation wasn’t about a quick fix. It was about rebuilding my mindset, my body and my lifestyle step by step. That’s exactly what I now help others do through The RH Method. If you’re ready to: • Lose body fat • Build confidence • Get stronger mentally and physically • Create habits that actually last Then it’s time to make the change. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just real coaching and real results. 📍1-1 Personal Training 📍Mindset & Body Transformations 📍Built around YOU and your lifestyle by @therhmethod

HYROX / HYBRID STYLE TRAINING — 1-2-1 & GROUP SESSIONS AVAILABLE 🔥 With more fitness events, races and hybrid competitions coming up, now is the perfect time to stop guessing and start training with structure. Whether you’re brand new to this style of training or already competing, technique matters. It’s not just about working hard. It’s about understanding: ✔ How to pace properly ✔ How to move efficiently ✔ How to handle compromised running ✔ How to improve station technique ✔ How to build strength and conditioning together ✔ How to recover between efforts ✔ How to train with purpose, not panic At The RH Method, sessions are built around real hybrid performance. Expect sled work, rowing, SkiErg, carries, wall balls, lunges, running, circuits, strength work and conditioning all delivered with coaching, structure and accountability. I’m now offering: 1-2-1 PT sessions For focused coaching, technique breakdown, personal targets and individual progression. Group sessions For high-energy training, community, competition-style conditioning and that extra push. If you’ve got an event coming up, don’t wait until the last few weeks to start preparing. Now is the time to build your engine, sharpen your technique and understand how to perform when fatigue kicks in. Train smarter. Move better. Compete stronger. REST DAYS ARE NOT LAZY DAYS. One of the biggest mindset mistakes people make in fitness is feeling guilty for resting. You miss one session and suddenly feel like you’re “falling behind.” You take a day off and think you’re losing progress. You’re not. Recovery is part of training. Your body needs time to: ✔ Repair muscle ✔ Restore energy ✔ Reduce fatigue ✔ Improve performance ✔ Lower injury risk ✔ Come back stronger More is not always better. Training hard every single day while ignoring sleep, stress, soreness and fatigue is not discipline. Sometimes, discipline is knowing when to push. And sometimes, discipline is knowing when to rest. At The RH Method, we don’t just train hard. We train smart. Because real progress comes from the balance between effort and recovery. So take the rest day. Walk. Stretch. Hydrate. Sleep. Reset. And stop feeling guilty for doing what your body needs. Recovery isn’t stopping progress. Recovery is part of the progress. Ready for coaching that gives you structure, accountability and a smarter approach to training? “Your fitness watch may be decent at heart rate… and terrible at telling you calories burned.” ⌚🔥 Here’s the problem… Too many people finish a workout, look at their watch and think: “Great — I burned 800 calories.” Then they eat those calories straight back because the watch said they’d “earned” them. That can be a massive mistake. Your fitness watch can be a useful tool for: ✔ Tracking trends ✔ Monitoring heart rate ✔ Measuring steps ✔ Comparing similar sessions ✔ Keeping you accountable But calorie burn? Treat it as an estimate — not gospel. Your actual energy expenditure depends on loads of factors: Body size. Fitness level. Training history. Exercise type. Movement efficiency. Intensity. Individual physiology. So stop letting one number on your wrist dictate whether you’ve had a “good” workout. At The RH Method, we focus on what actually moves you forward: Performance. Progress. Consistency. Are you getting stronger? Are you fitter? Are your habits improving? Are your clothes fitting better? Are you becoming more consistent? That’s the data that matters. 👊 Use the watch as a tool. Don’t let the watch fool you. Ready to stop guessing and start following a proper plan? Message “COACHING” to enquire about 1-1 PT, group sessions or transformations with The RH Method. #TheRHMethod #FatLossTips #HybridTraining #FitnessMyths #PersonalTrainer by @therhmethod
SHOW UP ANYWAY. You won’t always feel motivated. Some days you’ll be tired. Some days life will be busy. Some days your head just won’t be in it. That’s normal. The difference comes from what you do next. You can wait until you “feel ready”… Or you can show up anyway. Because real progress is built on the days where motivation is low but your standards stay high. That doesn’t mean every session has to be perfect. It means you keep the promise you made to yourself. Train. Move. Stay consistent. Keep building. At The RH Method, we don’t rely on motivation. We build discipline, structure and habits that create real results. Discipline. Consistency. Results. Ready to stop starting over and finally build momentum? Message “START” to enquire about 1-1 PT, group sessions or transformation coaching. #TheRHMethod #ShowUpAnyway #DisciplineOverMotivation #HybridTraining #FatLossCoach by @therhmethod

YOUR BODY IS ALWAYS TALKING... ARE YOU LISTENING? In today's world, we're constantly told to push harder. Work harder. Train harder. Do more. Be more. But somewhere along the way, we've forgotten one of the most important truths: Your body is not your enemy. It's your greatest ally. Every single day, your body is performing miracles that most of us never stop to appreciate. ❤️ Your heart beats over 100,000 times a day. 🌬️ Your lungs deliver life-giving oxygen with every breath. 💧 Your body sweats to regulate temperature and keep you performing. 🧠 Your nervous system coordinates every movement, every thought, every action. And yet most people only pay attention when something goes wrong. The truth is... Your body is constantly communicating with you. It tells you when it needs rest. It tells you when it needs fuel. It tells you when stress is taking its toll. It tells you when recovery is needed. The question is... Are you listening? At The RH Method, I believe transformation starts with awareness. Not punishment. Not extremes. Not chasing the latest fad. But learning to understand and respect the incredible machine you're living in. Because when you stop fighting your body and start working with it, something powerful happens. You become stronger. You become healthier. You become more connected to yourself. And you begin to unlock a level of performance that goes far beyond physical fitness. You realise that true strength isn't just about how much weight you can lift. It's about understanding yourself. Trusting yourself. And respecting the process. Because long-term success isn't built through punishment. It's built through consistency. Respect your body. Listen to your body. Trust the process. And watch what happens when your mind and body begin working together instead of against each other. The RH Method Mindset. Body. Results. Train Smart. Stay Consistent. Transform Your Life.
