⚠️🦦 3 otters have been spotted on @ridegrtc, biking past murals, and loitering outside Richmond businesses. Witnesses say they were very polite. Witnesses also say they are inflatable.

They're training for the Hey Richmond Citywide Scavenger Hunt on Saturday, November 7, from 9 AM to 5 PM. It's free, teams can be 1 to 5 people, and the grand prize is dinner with Mayor @dannyavula. The otters are wondering if they'll be welcome in the restaurant, but we'll figure that part out later.
