Hogpen Gap — one of the climbs that makes Six Gap so brutal. ⛰️🚴‍♂️

About 7 miles of climbing at an average of 6–7%, with sustained sections hitting 9–12% and pitches reaching around 14–15%.

When you hear the heavy breathing and the sound of cleats walking up the mountain… you know it’s steep. 😮‍💨

You can ride across Florida… and never touch a road.

The Coast-to-Coast Connector links miles of paved trails, bike paths, and hidden gems across the state — from the Atlantic all the way to the Gulf.

No traffic. No stress. Just pure riding.

This is Florida cycling at its best.
Would you take on the full ride? 🚴‍♂️

What an incredible two weeks at the UCI World Cycling Centre in Aigle, Switzerland! 🇨🇭🚴‍♂️🔧

Two weeks filled with learning, new experiences, amazing people, unforgettable rides, and even seeing some racing!

The UCI Level 3 Mechanics Course was so much more than just improving my skills as a bike mechanic. It was an opportunity to share knowledge, learn from some incredible professionals, build friendships, and experience cycling from a whole new perspective.

Feeling incredibly grateful and fulfilled to have been part of this experience. Taking home new skills, great memories, and friendships from around the world.

Always learning, always growing, and always passionate about cycling! 🙌

Who says you need dirt to have fun on a gravel bike? Sometimes the best rides happen on pavement! 🚴‍♂️💨
