RDP family we would like to introduce you to our third partner Ray Winder!

Ray Winder is a Baltimore-born, Baltimore-shaped artist whose work blends cinematic soundscapes,
dreamy vocals, and strikingly immersive live performances. Since emerging onto the scene, Ray has
expanded her creative practice to include conducting, composing, and refining her signature ethereal
stage presence—all while developing the genre-bending aesthetic she calls Dream Grunge. Her
forthcoming EP, Vignettes, deepens this evolution. The project revisits the musical roots that formed
her: the pulse of Baltimore club, the warmth of soul, the intricacy of jazz, and the discipline of classical
training. A classically trained saxophonist raised amid the city’s vibrant musical culture, Ray channels
these influences into work that feels both intimate and expansive, grounded and otherworldly. Ray
Winder is committed to making art that endures—work that reflects a lifetime of exploration and the
boldness of an artist unafraid to reinvent. by @therightdirectionproject
