Get Yourself Ready For Marriage Program Stream 9 Graduates 🎓✨ A journey of clarity, courage, and transformation. Over the past 12–13 weeks, 51 participants walked through the GYRFM Program with honesty and dedication. They gained clarity, healed patterns, reshaped their understanding of healthy love, and built confidence for the relationships they desire. TODAY, SOMETHING HAPPENED THAT MADE ME STOP AND SMILE. Today marks the end of Week 10 in Stream 11 of our Get Yourself Ready For Marriage (GYRFM) 12-week Group Coaching Program, and with it, the first submissions of a brand-new reflection guide we've never used before. After journeying with more than 500 men and women over the past few years, we noticed something. Many participants would tell us at the end of the programme, "GYRFM changed my life." Those words always encouraged us. But as Marriage Educators, we found ourselves asking another question: "What exactly changed?" So, as we redesigned Stream 11, we created the Living Marriage Ready Guide - a reflective workbook to help participants look back on their journey, identify how they have grown, and think intentionally about how they will carry those lessons into everyday life. This afternoon, the very first participant submitted hers. As I read through it, I wasn't looking for perfect answers. I was looking for evidence that something had shifted. And then I saw reflections like these: • I now observe people's patterns instead of judging them by one action. • I now ask different questions before making important decisions. • I am becoming the kind of person who is emotionally mature, teachable, patient, and ready to build a healthy marriage. I paused. Because this is why we do what we do. For years, participants have told us, "GYRFM changed my life." BUT today, I could actually see some of the changes. I could see a young woman who • thinks more deeply, • chooses more intentionally, • and is preparing not just for a wedding, but for a healthy marriage. That is a beautiful thing. At The Right Fit Marriage Academy , our goal has never simply been to help people get married. Our prayer has always been to help people become the kind of individuals who can build healthy, life-giving marriages and families. As I reflected on her words this afternoon, I found myself thanking God. Not just for one participant, but for the privilege of watching lives change—sometimes quietly, one person at a time.
