In my 9 years of coaching, the biggest gap in development I saw was lack of live reps.

Whether its college kids home for summer unable to connect with other players or coaches, kids booked out with lessons but no way to apply those skills between the drill and game day. Coaches not having the opportunity to coach pitchers, hitters and catchers during live reps and not just when they throw to a 9 hole or hit front toss but real time discussions about approaches and building game IQ.

This is where The Rips N Reps Lab was born.

A platform to connect athletes, coaches and facilities in their area. Unlimited sessions to post and claim. Connection and competition through live reps with others in your community.

Welcome to the RNR Lab, join us for the journey of launching our platform! ⚾️🥎

Describe your role, but make it sound illegal. 🚨

…and always one catcher short. 🫣

We're fixing that part. Tag a coach who's guilty ⚾️🥎

The cage-to-game pipeline is undefeated at humbling us. 😭

Barry Bonds off the tee, complete stranger by first pitch.

The cage isn't the test — live reps are. ⚾️

Tag the hitter this reminds you of. 👇 👀

HOT TAKE: Lessons teach the swing. 🥎⚾️

Nobody's teaching the at-bat. 🔥

Summer ball is here — showcase season, tournament weekends, and college coaches everywhere. ☀️⚾

Here's your do's & don'ts before you hit the circuit. 👇

Players: which "don't" have you seen someone learn the hard way? 👀

Tag a teammate headed to a big event this summer, and save it for the road. @theripsnrepslab

Things that just make sense in this game. 🧠

Coaches — which one's non-negotiable for you? 🥎⚾️

The list isn't finished… what would YOU add? 👇

Save it 📌 and send it to a coach who needs the reminder

I'll go first. 🚨

The catcher cancels 30 minutes before the lesson and suddenly you're a private investigator. 🕵️

Posting in 3 groups, texting everyone you've ever met, offering food as payment… IYKYK.

There's a better way coming. Send this to a coach who's been here. 👇

Me pre-game: "it's just a game." 🧘

Also me at 12U pool play, bases loaded, 2 outs: absolutely feral. 📈

We can't fix your blood pressure — but we can help them actually get better.

Tag a sports parent who feels like this every weekend 👇
