GRATEFUL HEARTS, GROUNDED HOTTIES 🤎✨

A little movement, a little healing, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Join us at the HAUS for a special Thanksgiving gathering featuring a 45-minute mat Pilates class followed by a relaxing sound bowl and Reiki healing experience.

After moving together, we’ll slow things down with a calming sound bath, where the soothing vibrations and tones of singing bowls create a peaceful space to unwind and reset. During this experience, you’ll also be guided through Reiki, a gentle, Japanese energy-healing practice that uses light touch or hands hovering above the body to encourage relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm.

Think of it as a moment to pause, release tension, and reconnect with yourself before the holiday rush. ✨

After class, we’re opening the HAUS to ALL hotties for drinks, light bites, good vibes, and plenty of yap! 🥂💕

Come for the movement, stay for the community. Because there’s nothing we’re more thankful for than our POWERHAUS family.

Move. Restore. Sip. Yap. Give thanks. 🤎 by @therisingmonarch

In a world—and a platform—that constantly demands our attention fixate on the outer world, dedicating time to practices for our inner world is exactly what helps us find our balance.

Grab a cozy drink, open your notebook, and give yourself ten unhurried minutes to sit with this fall reflection prompt: “What am I holding onto out of habit that is actively draining my energy, and what is one small way I can choose inner peace today?”🌾🍂✨
