This Friday May 31st at the Beach Club at @hulahut_austin . Celebrating the release of Muévete on the @theritual.music alongside @jannetavi , @djbrettjohnson and residents @jacq_andre and @docblust . 🏝️🛖

Let’s get to know Janne:

Firstly a huge shoutout to Janne Tavi for seeing something in the Ritual, he’s been integral to the encouragement of launching the Ritual as a record label. Discovered by leading figures in house music from Ibadan Records, the Finish-born DJ/ Producer started his journey in Helsinki’s underground clubs evolving to Berlin’s techno scene and finding his own unique blend of house and techno in his new home base of San Francisco. We’re stoked to have Janne share with us his worldwide experience at the Ritual Beach Club. 🏝️🛖✨ taken in Hula Hut by @theritual.music

✨Hey everyone! Im moving to Barcelona and on Friday May 31st we’re throwing the Ritual Beach Club, a 2-part fest at Austin’s newest lakefront venue at @hulahut_austin to celebrate the release of new music and mi despedida 🏝️✨

From 7p-midnight, we’ll be at Hula Hut’s Beach Club on Lake Austin. I’m elated that we’ll be hosting very special guest @jannetavi of @ibadanrecords and @djbrettjohnson (Classic Music Company) alongside residents myself and @jacq_andre . Also stay tuned for a surprise live performance 👀❗️

Following the dance at the Beach Club, the Kontiki Party Boat will dock (basically onto the dance floor) for the Moonlight Sonora Boat Cruise after party, taking us from midnight - 2am(3am??). We’ll have special guests @spclkmusic of @deeptechdc , an experienced party boat DJ and member of the Ritual fam, as well as @horse_opera to navigate us through the night under the silver light of the crescent moon. (Bring your bathing suit! We have underwater lights and know some secret swimming holes we’ll be visiting)

There will be limited space on the boat but getting a copy of the Muevete EP on the Ritual Music Bandcamp will score you a ticket on the Moonlight Sonora boat party. So get a copy while you can!

Couldn’t be more excited to share the new music with you and give everyone I can one more big squeeze before I jet to BCN, where I also hope to get to wiggle with yall again over there! Ya saben, tienen una casa ahi :)

✨FLASHBACK TO DOMINGUERO IN ASUNCIÓN 🇵🇾 ✨

I’m very excited to share some shots and memories from what turned out to be a very special evening with the beautiful community in Paraguay. There’s so much to say about the journey leading up to this night and the night itself but I’ll let the sounds speak for themselves.

Thank you to the @verabrothers for the invitation to play and to all the incredible DJs, artists, partygoers I’ve met during my stay. I can’t wait to come back!

For now, The Ritual is thrilled to announce the return of Ritual Radio. Broadcasting every Friday, we are kicking it off with the recording of my vinyl set at Dominguero. We’ve included some shout outs and bits of commentary throughout the mix- we hope you enjoy these sounds. LINK IN BIO ✨
