Designed an International Women’s Day 2026 token campaign for KnovaOne’s female employees in Pune, India. Replacing previous years’ standardized cards with a more intentional employee appreciation initiative, the goal was to deliver a genuine message of recognition that made team members feel cherished and valued.

Under @theron.ragoo creative direction, along with Kumar Aayush, we conceptualized a series of four unique typographic quote cards distributed at random across the team. Each design highlighted a specific aspect of individual strength—from perspective and drive to expertise and care—paired with a signed closing from company president Neeraj M. to add leadership authenticity.

To complement the typography, each card was assigned a distinct gradient color scheme (purple, teal, warm orange, and magenta). This intentional color variation added visual interest while encouraging spontaneous interaction and a feeling of togetherness as employees discovered which dynamic design their colleagues received. by @theron.ragoo

One day you’re sitting at your desk in Greece 🇬🇷 then all of a sudden you’re sitting at another in Trinidad 🇹🇹.

It feels like that, but in reality it took a lot of time, energy, people and resources to pull this off.

Grateful for every person that gave a helping hand 🙏 you know yourselves 💛 by @theron.ragoo

Who would have thought that an Apple screenshot AD would dominate like this one has? Certainly not me.

Yet here we are again @isupplytt , creating another version of this image which I’m sure will deliver exceptional results like the rest.

3 levels down, who knows what the 4th will be. by @theron.ragoo

I think my resume is about 80% completed right now, I will spend the balance of July refining it.

At this stage, I think my best move is the unfiltered one.

I see myself as a multilayered and unpolished canvas that I never selected for the gallery because I didn’t believe in my inherent value.

Working on my resume gave me a chance to revisit that belief and now I see things differently.

It was the cherry on top of a journey I’ve been on since I dropped out of UTT, began to learn design, then moved in with two high school friends to start a digital marketing agency.

And ohhhh boy….. we did quite well! by @theron.ragoo

Been waking up early these days to work on my resume. It’s a breathtaking experience to look back at my journey from this viewpoint.

Steve was right when he said you can only connect the dots by looking backwards, as I move continue to move forward I can only trust that the dots will continue to connect.

Cheers!
