Swear down having a buzz cut is more work than you think 👀
Getting at these sides with the Neofolics Hair Growth kit, now apart of my routine, I really hope my hair comes back healthier and thicker than before 😫
Any advise or tips please feel free coz this woman needs it! 💚 by @therootedbride

“POV: Granddad gives marriage advice and suddenly everyone’s taking notes 🥺📖”
“Don’t go to bed angry…”
Simple… but the way he said it? Hit DIFFERENT.
In a room full of noise, dresses, music and celebrations…
he slowed everything down and reminded us what actually matters 🤍
Not just love… but patience
Not just a wedding… but a marriage
And then the blessing at the end? yeah… I was gone 🥺
From jokes… to wisdom… to prayer.
That’s a speech you don’t forget.
Granddad didn’t just speak… he SPOKE.
Saving this for my future arguments respectfully 😭😂 by @therootedbride

Happy birthday to my amazing little sis ✨️ you are such an inspiration and one of my best friends to be around. Your growth as a mother has been beautiful to watch and be apart of. Times may get rough but just know I've got you and Love you to the moon and back 😂
Happy birthday 🎉 🥳 by @therootedbride

We forgot about the stress… and remembered us again 🖤✨
No pressure. No overthinking.
Just laughs, good energy, and being exactly who we are together.
Life will try it… every time.
But this right here? This is how we reset.
Still my best friend. Still my person. Always you 🤍 by @therootedbride

This bridal party came to EAT before the reception even started 😮‍🔥💅🏾
Face cards flawless, vibes unmatched, and not one weak link in sight.
Yeah… this entrance? Legendary. 💃🏾✨” by @therootedbride

“Not where I want to be… but definitely not where I started 💫”
Watching your hair grow back is such a weird mix of emotions… like I’m proud, I’m grateful… but let’s be real, these sides are testing my patience DAILY 😭
Some days I’m like “okay we’re getting somewhere”…
other days I’m side-eyeing my own head like be serious now 😅
But growth is growth.
Even when it’s uneven.
Even when it’s slow.
Even when it’s not giving what you thought it would.
This journey is really teaching me patience, confidence, and learning to love myself in every stage, not just the “finished” version.
We’re getting there… one stubborn side at a time 💁🏽‍♀️✨

POV: you didn’t just find a man… you found a real-life blessing 🖤✨

“They say choose your partner wisely… I chose a man who became everything I ever needed and more.”

Happy Birthday to my fiancé, my calm, my chaos, my everything 😂
The way you show up as a father? Elite.
The way you love us? Unmatched.
You make life feel lighter, safer and a whole lot more fun (even when you’re being annoying 😭)
I’m not just lucky… I’m grateful every single day to be part of your world.
Building with you, growing with you, loving you… yeah I won 🥹🏆
Happy Birthday my King 🎉
More life, more blessings, more us 🤍 by @therootedbride

“Not the walk down the aisle… the walk before it. The one where the nerves hit and it suddenly becomes real.” 🤍
Walking through The Ned with my cousin and the bridal squad just moments before she said I do.
You could feel the excitement, the nerves, the love… all of it in the air.
Being her bridesmaid on this day is a memory I’ll hold forever. Watching someone you love step into their forever hits different. ✨
Tell me… Do you cry at weddings? by @therootedbride

POV: you finally cut your hair off… and your daughter is in the background screaming ‘NOOOOO!’ like you’re making the worst decision of your life 😭✂️

I stood there with the scissors for a good minute like… am I really about to do this?
Meanwhile my daughter acting like I was about to ruin everything instead of just cutting my hair 😂
But sometimes you’ve just got to let go of what’s not serving you anymore.
Hair grows back. Confidence grows back. And freedom grows back too.
Looking back now, that moment was the start of a whole new chapter.
And yes… my daughter eventually forgave me for the first snip 😂
Anyone else ever done the big chop and instantly thought… “well there’s no going back now”? by @therootedbride

Unpopular bride opinion… carpet at wedding venues is a HARD no for me. 😭
The second I walk into a venue and see patterned carpet everywhere, my heart sinks a little.
I know some people don’t mind it, but for me it completely changes the vibe.
I want a space that already feels beautiful before the flowers, candles and décor even go in.
Clean floors, natural light, timeless feel… not “hotel conference room energy.”
Maybe I’m being dramatic, but if I’m walking down the aisle to marry my best friend, the setting has to feel right the moment I step inside.
So the venue hunt continues…
Be honest though, am I the only bride who refuses carpet venues? 👀 by @therootedbride

Sometimes growth starts at the root. 🌱
Getting used to seeing myself like this has been a journey.
At first it felt strange… now I’m starting to love the reset.
There’s something powerful about starting fresh and embracing every stage of growth.
This is my regrowth era.
Anyone else ever had a moment where you had to learn to see yourself differently?

Some songs just belong at family celebrations.
In our family, when Candy comes on, everybody knows what time it is. Aunties, uncles, cousins, kids… nobody is sitting down.

If you know, you know.
