Week 4- The Battle Of The Clematis 💪🏼🌸

The garden centre clematis has had a growth spurt after this glorious sun!! I’ve had to add more string!! 👌🏼

The Tesco £3.50 still hasn’t changed much unfortunately, the difference in person is honestly crazy but I am still hoping for some good growth in the coming months! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🌸

Thank you everyone for the recommendation of a climbing hydrangea for my shaded north facing wall. So far so good - 4 weeks in and it’s looking more than happy!

The Battle of the Clematis - week 6

6 weeks in and things are changing slightly! Whilst the older leaves on the £3.50 clematis appear to be dying the new shoots look great and have shot up this week with a bit of warm weather! 🌱

The £20 reigning champ is still thriving - can spot a couple of buds which I can’t wait to see open.

Exciting times - watch this space 😍#clematis #cardinalrouge #plantprogress #pergola #climbingplants by @therootrookie

Wow I ordered 50 Ranunculus (25 pink and 25 white) and 120 have turned up!! These have been soaked and planted in cell trays straight into the zippy greenhouse! Thank you so much for the extras @gee_tee_bulbs I will hopefully do them all justice!! 🤍💕 #ranunculus #ranunculusflower #geeteebulbcompany #springbulbs #beginnergardener by @therootrookie
