This week and past month have been a lot on my mind and body. Chronic pain and illness is no joke and if you ever have had anything like that, you know the struggle (mine is endometriosis.)

Every day, I want to be productive because otherwise if I don't, I feel like I wasted everything and I should be doing so much more at 25, compared to other people I know.

I don't want to continue to be the friend who cancels last minute because my body hates me and my anxiety gets the better of me. I care so deeply and want to do so many things, but I get overwhelmed by pain and uncertainty.

I feel awful agreeing to plans and then disappointing my friends by canceling and letting people down. I want to keep being invited to stuff and be able to actually go.

If you're chronically ill, please let me know your tips and how you live every day or just how you treat yourself with kindness through this.

I just want to be a better friend, small business owner, artist and everything in general that takes energy. I want to try and keep pulling through because I want to do more and learn how to heal a bit more every day. 💜

My third father's day without my favorite guy. This musical is so special to me for many reasons, but for the most important reason for the fact that my dad introduced me to this movie when I was little and I absolutely loved it!

I wish we could've seen it together, but recently, he came into my dream, and we ended up seeing the show from the fifth row orchestra, so in a way, I did see it with him and he seemed to have enjoyed himself in the dream so 😅.

To everyone else out there in this club, not a club you want to join, but we're mighty and full of love. Sending a hug to everyone who needs it today for whatever reason ❤️
