Some traditions are meant to be aged and celebrated. We had an incredible time at our Wine Etiquette event this past Tuesday at The Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management @fiuhospitality through the #VidalDuartWineStudies program, where we got a taste of the artistry and sophistication that goes into every barrel.

This past week or so has been great I had the pleasure of hanging with the wine community of Miami! Was on a panel with @davidamiami responsible for bringing us @sweetlibertymia and @cafelatrovamiami and the amazing @aleesteves7 from @floridawineacademy and @305wines. As we spoke about balance in the Food and Beverage Industry.

Moving from working the floor to now working for @lafetewine has given me more control over how I can achieve balance in my personal life and my work life.

The alcohol and food Industry is so robust yet still fragile, and so are the people. The take away message from me if you missed @winetalksmiami was "You can not fill a wine glass from an empty bottle" @lyn_wine added and Ray is a Magnum. It was perfect!
