As you celebrate each achievement, remember to practice humility alongside your success. It’s critical to stay grounded and recognize that every victory comes with the support of others and a greater purpose. By embracing humility, you not only stay connected to your roots, but you also inspire and encourage those around you. Don’t forget that all your accomplishments ultimately reflect a higher power or a community that has supported you. So, as you progress in your personal and professional life, let humility guide your path, keeping you grounded and grateful. Remember that true success involves acknowledging the contributions of those who helped you along the way.
.
.

Thank you all very much for your good energy and support. God bless you.

Sometimes I look at you and realize how incredibly blessed I am. ❤️ God placed an angel in my life to walk beside me, light my darkest days, and remind me that every dream is more beautiful when shared with the person you love. Thank you for being my home, my strength, and my greatest blessing. I love you more than words can ever express. 🙏❤️✨

Today was a different kind of race. 🦁🏃‍♂️ @neptunefestival 8k

I just came back from enjoying a beautiful vacation in Colombia 🇨🇴, and today I simply wanted to test my body, run by feel, and enjoy the experience. I started in 5th place and honestly thought that’s where I would finish.

But the unconditional support from the Virginia Beach community gave me the energy and motivation to keep pushing. ❤️‍🔥 In the final mile, I decided to pick up the pace, fight until the finish, and I was able to cross the line in 2nd place with really good sensations. 🥈

I’m grateful to God for allowing me to run, compete, and feel the love and support from so many people along the course. 🙏🏽

Thank you to my Love to Run family, my wife, the Fleet Feet Racing Team @fleetfeetvabeach , and every running group that supported us along every mile. Your energy made a difference. 💙 @lovetorun.club @northendrunclub @sparc.worldwide @sparc.worldwide @run.build.conquer @norfolkrunclub

A big hug to everyone, and thank you for the good energy! ⚡️

Today begins a new process: my debut at a new distance. 🏁

Stay tuned to my social media because I’ll be sharing the journey, the training, the challenges, and every step of the process.

This is only the beginning. 🦁🔥

❤️🇨🇴 AMOR Y AMISTAD 🇨🇴❤️

Ama. Agradece. Abraza. Vive.
