A ‘92 Bunim & Murray production couldn’t come close to it. Thank you to The Dawgs for a wonderful Hood-to-Coast memory—run it back!🙏🏾

An extended moment of pensive peace and pace through the Italian Alps — grateful to be upright and ambulatory for the adventure with great company.

Proof that sometimes walls do more to bring people together than keep them apart. Much love to all the hands that volunteered and the runners that met with success and/or progress. See you in 2027!

And just like that, 2025 is endex. Super thankful for the year to practice patience, adaptability, and continued growth moments alongside some pretty incredible human beings. 50-seconds ain’t enough. Looking forward to more 🅿️ in ‘26.

POL: 13-Jul-2024.
Weather: warm with #shellyfire making its nearby presence known
Performance: not ideal but lessons to take back to the lab
Highlights: the shared stoke of seeing old and new friends in the southern Oregon community
Bonus: sharing trail with @bmister06 & @chelseamister along with 👊🏾bumps+hugs with folks mentioned above
Kudos: the Cains, @halkoerner, & the @siskiyououtbacktrailruns/#roguevalleyrunners crew for facilitating the moment to get out and move. Happy 25th anniversary!
