Running alone sucks.

Ditch the solo runs and come run (or walk) with us! No judgment zones for pace or experience - from seasoned runners to enthusiastic couch potatoes.

Catch us every Monday at 7 PM sharp at Town Green Park on the Woodlands Waterway (across from HEB)! Our run starts at 7:15 on the dot!

Running Groups:

6 Milers - Anything under 10 minute pace

3 Milers - Any pace under 1 hour

1.5 Miler Mix - Run/Walk Mix for 1 hour

Walkers - 1 hour

Tag someone who should be there! See you Monday!

Here’s the deal…

The Texas play tonight at 7:15.
We also start our run at 7:15.

I (@trainedbylexi) will be there at 5:30 to start an EARLY run at 5:45 for those wanting to come early and finish in time to make it back home! *yay go sports* 🏈
