This was pretty much just beer, but can't have a pint anymore without feeling like death. Now there's other stuff, mainly just gym things.

Dragged the kids to middle aged emo night with @jimmyeatworld at Crystal palace bowl. Absolutely brilliant.

Shame some bloke who was out of tune and kept forgetting the words was shouting all over my videos.

Also we bumped into a couple of Goldings too.

Been a while. Haven't gymed much lately. Weak as shit. But nice to go back and lift things.

Barely been recently. Weak as anything. But I've lost a bit of weight, so my bicep had a vein.

Barely been to the gym since new year. I am as weak as anything. Ipswich away top looking good though.

Leg day obviously. Not used to these late gym sessions. I'm too tired. But gets it done, and nothing hurts too much

Lifting powered by pop punk.

First one of the year. Barely been for as few weeks with Christmas and new year and new job.

Mixed bag. Bench was a bit rubbish because my shoulder tendonitis kicked in. But I managed 150kg RDLs for 7reps. Which I think is a pb.

I ache now.

Arms looking good with a pump. I'm not this tanned, it's a filter, I'm pale as anything really.

Evening gym sesh. First one in a week or so. Pretty good.

Bit of black and white because it makes me look better. Moody and interesting rather than a bit miserable.

Nothing hurts too badly and could bench 100kg again without feeling like my shoulder might disintegrate.

Case in point by @thesambizzle

Quick session. Not my best work. But it was ok.

Lifted a bit heavier on some things today. Shoulder seemed reasonably happy.

140kg rdls. Not a pb, but heavier than I've gone in a while.

Odd AITA moment, where a guy told me off for using weight plates wracked on the piece of equipment I was using because I hadn't asked if he was using it. I'm all for gym etiquette and checking if people are using stuff before taking it. But if it's not being actively used and not even on the piece of equipment you are using, then I don't think I need to check with you. I don't know, it was all very odd.

Upper body today. Still down about 10% on my lifts to preserve my angry joints.

New gym top though.

Also, got reminded of this absolute banger by @tvontheradio.
