Obsessed with this place! Might’ve already visited 3 times in the space of 2 days oops! 😚

All pastries are plant-based and the drinks are divine! I had the black sesame oat matcha with a vg cherry cruffin! Highly recommend the strawberry matcha with coconut milk as well! Love it here, there’s so much choice + the staff is so lovely! 💌

You can’t go wrong with a good thali 🫶🏾

This amazing one’s from @zaika_e_pakistan in the Cambridge st Collective in Sheffield! honestly so delicious and affordable!

I love a good thali because you get a bit of everything 😋 This one came with dahl, aloo bhujia (a potato curry), rice, naan, pickle and salad! Felt so homely and perfect for the cosy nights! 🥰🌱

Kicking off my comeback with a proper comfort meal! 👀

Purezza! 🍕

@purezza is one of my favourite places to visit! A fully vegan restaurant in Manchester!

I went for the lasagne piccante pizza which had smokey ragu, béchamel and fiery calabrian chilli! Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had and still dreaming about it! 😍 all the flavours hit the spot and it had a good level of spice!! 🌶️

My mate had the pistachio pizza which had roasted ham, Superstraccia and pistachio pesto! I had a piece and it was gorgeous! Such unique flavours but all worked really well together! Super creamy too! Highly recommend! 🤩🤩

& ofc cant forget the tiramisu! Best in the game! 🫶🏾

Can’t go Sheffield without going @templeof.fun !! 🤩

Had the Hex Mex which is a Beyond Meat patty coated in BBQ sauce and crunchy tortilla crumbs, sitting on a bed of lettuce, salsa, and guac. Topped with two cheese slices and homemade chili-filled tortilla parcels, plus diced jalapeños and chili jam! All on a red Bring Me The Horizon branded brioche bun with a mini panko pickle on top. 🤩

Went all in and upgraded to loaded waffle fries! Waffle fries covered in chili and cheese sauce, then finished with salsa, guacamole, jalapeños, spring onions, chilies, and lime mayo. Absolute madness! 😭🌶️🔥

Love this place sm!! 💘

@vivera_uk kindly gifted me their new range of plant-based protein bites! They’re made from veggies, pulses & grains and packed with 23g of protein! 💪🏾✨

Made this bowl using @vivera_uk tex mex bites, with habanero spiced rice, lettuce, salsa, sweetcorn and avocado! Honestly so delicious! The bites are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, highly recommend! 🤩

Super easy to put together when in a rush or busy!

I’ve been trying out @vivera_uk plant-based chicken pieces, which I’ve kindly been sent, and they’re a total game-changer! 🌱 These juicy, tender pieces are so versatile and perfect for busy lifestyles! Great for throwing together a mid-week dinner like this fajita bowl. 🌯🌶️

I cooked them up with onions, peppers, and served with spicy rice, black beans, sweetcorn, avocado, hummus, and cherry tomatoes 🍅🥑 Such an easy way to enjoy a flavorful, satisfying meal with over 40g of plant protein! 🌱💪🏾

🔥 EXCITING NEWS! 🔥

@frurtfroyo has opened a new store in Oldham! They were very kind to invite me to their pre-launch event! 🥹

They officially open on the 6th of July and you can get 50%!!! Off between 12-3 pm Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th of July! 👀

The store looked lovely and the staff was really nice and helpful making sure everything was vegan! 🥰

There were so many vegan options and they do lots of different dairy-free milks which is always a win! 🌱

I got the Raspberry cheesecake soy froyo with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries! Omg! Absolutely stunning!! 😍😍

Also got a Taro bubble tea with coconut milk and lychee pearls! Taro’s my favourite but never seem to find a good vegan version, but these guys really nailed it down!! 👏🏽

Lemon & blueberry baked oats! 🫐🍋

Literally my hyper fixation meal atm! So delicious and so easy to make! Perfect for meal prep as well! I had mine with @alpro soya yoghurt and frozen blueberries! 🙌🏽

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 200g oats
- 150g frozen blueberries
- 1 lemon
- 60g protein powder
- 400ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

🌱 Mash bananas and add oats, protein powder, baking powder and combine. Add milk, blueberries and squeeze lemon into the batter. Now mix all together and bake for 20 min on 200 degrees! It really is that easy! 🙌🏽 oh yeah I added some lemon zest on top! I divided it in 4 and every slice is 20g of protein! 🤩🌱

High protein vanilla pancakes, with mashes up frozen berries and some fresh betties on top! 🍓✨

Super easy to make! Mixed flour, @proteinworks vanilla protein powder @alpro protein milk, baking powder and @myprotein vanilla drops till a thick batter and cooked the pancakes up, then mashes up some defrosted berries to use as topping! Super easy, delicious and packed with protein! 😮‍💨
