Four paws became eight (don’t ask) and within a few months our hearts doubled in size! 🐾💛

Meet Jade and Nori, the newest (and fluffiest) members of our family!

After we said goodbye to our sweet Leo and Starr 9 years ago, our house got a little too quiet. But Sabrina and Olivia never gave up. Year after year, the puppy campaign continued: the pleading, the bargaining, the “we promise we’ll walk them every day!” And year after year, Vince held strong with a firm “no.” 😂

Then this year came along and changed everything. Our girls needed a little extra love, and sometimes love shows up with floppy ears, tiny teeth, and boundless energy.

It’s wild to think that less than four months ago, Jade and Nori weren’t here. Now we can’t remember life without the zoomies, the puppy kisses, the chewed-up socks, and the snuggle piles on the couch. It feels like they were always meant to be ours. 🐶🐶

Leo and Star, we know you’d approve. 🌈 Samantha and Christian, don’t worry we haven’t replaced you! 😂

Sabrina and Olivia, we love you more than words can say. We hope we made your dreams come true. 💕

JUST SOLD ✨ Kirkland, WA

First home, first keys, and one unforgettable closing! 🔑 This deal had its share of little curveballs. Through all of it, A and S stayed patient, asked great questions and trusted the process. They really listened and that made all the difference. Thank you for letting me be part of your story. Welcome home! 🏡💛

A huge thank you to Vincent Ha at CrossCountry Mortgage for being such a great partner through every twist and turn. Your responsiveness and steady guidance helped get this one to the finish line! 🙌

Care /ker/: providing what’s needed for the health, well-being, and protection of someone or something. 🧺

When I first started in this business, a colleague nicknamed me “Mama Sun.” Honestly? I wasn’t a fan at first. Being called motherly was fine. It just felt like it aged me about 30 years. 😂

These days I wear that name proudly. My clients see me as someone who’ll always do the right thing and tell them the truth. My love language has always been Acts of Service, and it shows up in how I work.

Even after my clients leave “the nest,” most of them come back for advice, and we stay in touch. I know their kids’ names, their parents, their dogs, etc. I’ve been there for the ups and the downs. Every so often I reach out just to say “hey.” They know it was never about the transaction. It was always about the relationship.

Lately I’ve had a bit of a midlife career moment, wondering if I’m still that Mama Sun and if I’m still meant to be doing this. Then, while putting together this basket, it hit me: I am. I’m still the person people trust with one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and I still go the extra step to make sure they’re okay.

I’m right where I’m supposed to be. 💛

To my loyal clients, the ones I adore: thank you. I can’t wait to watch you grow into your next chapter.

Happy First Day of High School to our beautiful twins. Sabrina and Olivia, we are so excited for you to start this new year. We know you’ll do the best that you can do and make wise choices.

I feel like we just brought you guys home from the hospital, not sure how you are now officially high schoolers. Nothing could make me feel more Middle Aged than this! 😂

I am still not used to only seeing two sets of backpacks on the night before their first day of school. Even though their backpacks, instruments and shoes are all ready to go, I don’t know if the twins realize what a momentous occasion tomorrow is. Tomorrow is their first day of High School and I cannot fathom that the “babies” of our family are headed to high school. Four more years under our roof, under our care…. I will be sure to soak it all in, even the not so wonderful stuff.

Sabrina and Olivia, daddy and I pray that this year goes smoothly for you both and that you grow in confidence. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” - Phillipians 4:6

P.S. I tried not to blink.

H A P P Y 21st B I R T H D A Y, SAMANTHA! How did we get here? Aren’t you supposed to still be my baby? Instead you are living in an apartment in LA, interning and adulting. My 🩷 can hardly contain the emotions I feel. I am so happy that you could travel home and spend the last few days with us, as well as celebrate your birthday early.

I’m also thankful that you do not resemble 21 year old me. The one that felt peer pressure to do things that I probably shouldn’t have been doing and goofing off. I’m so proud of how wise you are (sometimes wiser than your dad and I). We love you so much!

Keep discovering new things, take the chances and continue to look to God for guidance. Happy Birthday, Sam!!

Happy Father’s Day to the men who make our family whole. 🩷

爸爸 — another year, another reminder of how lucky we are to have you. Life may look a little different these days, but your spirit hasn’t slowed down one bit — you’re still dreaming up what comes next for us. We cherish this slower season because it means more time with you and 媽媽. That’s a gift.

Vincent — you are the quiet backbone of everything we do. The way you show up for this family, without complaint and without hesitation, doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for choosing us every single day. We are so lucky to call you ours.

Justin — Jojo, the kids would tell you themselves if they could put it into words: you are one of their favorite people on this earth. They come to you for your honest takes, your humor, and yes — maybe the ice cream and candy too. But mostly, they just love you. Never underestimate that.

Andy — you let your actions do the talking, and honestly? They speak volumes. The way you show up for my sister and embrace this whole chaotic family with open arms (even though we know your BP does go up) is something we don’t take for granted. Thank you for loving my kids like your own. It means everything.

Grateful for each of you today and every day. 🥰

I am not quite sure when these two suddenly grew up. They were so tiny and now they seem so big. The Middle school years were hard, but we’ve navigated it together. I’m excited to see what they do in high school. There will be highs and lows and I’ll be here for it all. Happy 8th Grade Graduation! Mommy 🩷s you two so much!

Wanderlust (n.) — a deep, restless desire to leave the familiar behind and discover the unknown.

That’s exactly how this journey started. What began as a chance to try something new became something we never imagined possible. ✈️

This one’s for everyone who made it happen:

To our parents — thank you for believing in us before we believed in ourselves.

To our architect Rafi Topalian of DesignWork Studios— you turned every swirling idea in our heads into something real. Thank you for holding our hand through it all.

To Khalia, Scott and Sanar…. Thank you for the opportunity. Hunt Engineering and our GC Takisaki (Lisa K & Dan R) — you built this with us, brick by brick, all the way to the finish line. Jovanny and Joe, you were awesome!

To Derrick from Bargreen Ellingson — thank you for pivoting with us when things got hard. Knight, your guidance on the stools, chairs etc. I owe you. To Barry, Chef Charles & Jessica— our customers’ tummies are very happy because of you. 😄

To Alan H (Columbia), Stephan H(ABOne) and Yuriy (Coke)— the liquid beverages are flowing.

To our GM Yoana — you helped us cross the finish line. We can’t wait to build something incredible together along with our amazing team.

This concept is a love 🩷 letter to our brother and cousins — the ones who always traveled with us, since we were kids. This is for those trips, and for every one still to come. 🌍

And to our family and friends — thank you for loving us through the missed events, the unanswered texts, and all the chaos in between. We couldn’t have done this without you.

Here we go. 🥂 Are you ready to come fly with us!? ✈️
