As if Pedro has done homemade southern fried chicken burgers which we have now named vantucky fridge chicken burgers im not actually lieing here these are probably the best chicken burgers ive ever had probably just the way Pedro know what goes with them and yet again another 10/10 from archie and some good amount of protein to help him strengthen up #work #van #cook #food #graft by @thescransitvan

Monday again and another scorcher but that doesnt stop pedro 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳

He just did us a nice chicken pasta with some amazing homemade cheese sauce which pedro has mastered 🧀🍝

Archie loves anyhting with pasta and cheese and you know pedro like looking after him well do yet again pedro 💙💙

So pedro hasnt done his own style of carbonara in the van 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳 in know its not the classic way but its pedros way 👍👍💪 #work #van #food #cook #pasta by @thescransitvan

Pedro's done toffee apples in the scransit van today to get in the bonfire spirit 🔥🎆

We parked up outside and they swapped us some fireworks for apples 🍎🍏

Pedro says these are the biggest and best fireworks he's ever seen in his life 👨‍🍳💙

Bonfire night is only around the corner so dont forget people 🙏🙏

So after Pedro cooked for he did invite us in for a meal at his restaurant Kawan 🈲️🍛

He also got another lesson in there as Archie tried teaching him his finger flick 😅🤙

Honestly his food is out of this world amazing but Nephew Pedro still couldn't give him that all important 10 🔟🌏

Thankyou for the hospitality Uncle Roger what a legend of a guy you are 🙏👨‍🍳💙

This was one of the most highly requested requests weve had so finally today ive cooked for us 👨‍🍳💙

Im not a chef so ive copied a recipe ive seen online somewhere but I think i nailed it 🔨📍

Pedro couldn't help but get involved and to be honest i think he was a bit worried about his chef title in here 🏆1️⃣

Anyway im just happy we all got fed and I got a solid rating from both what are people's thoughts on this setup then 😅🙏

Pedro planned on doing us a mix grill today but he forgot some ingredients 😅🍍

So instead weve named this one Pedro's Protein Platter as its just pure protein on a plate 💪🥩

Archie should put some size on eating like this and a absolutely solid rating on this one I thought he had passed out it was so good 🤤💙👨‍🍳

So were back to reality today without our special guest but to be honest we have our special Pedro everyday and were happy with that 😄👨‍🍳

Especially when he's knocking dinners out like this some lovely butchers lamb minted and seasoned by the master Pedro with a stuffed pepper of cheesy mash which I thought was a bit of a strange combination but I cant lie they go well together believe it or not 🐑💙

Hes getting ready to get into the winter comfort food now thanks Pedro 🧊❄️

So we got invited down to london by Uncle Roger to go and teach him how to cook in a van 👨‍🍳🚐

And to be honest at first i dont think he was a bit optimistic 😟😱

But i must say Pedro impressed him in the end with his own fried rice except the packet rice which he wasnt happy about but a solid rating from uncle thankyou 🙏💙

We got rained off early this morning as I imagine 90% of the country has with this washout so Pedro did an absolutely sensational breakfast wrap with all the trimmings included this is honestly the best breakfast wrap ive ever had it was just a shame he lost the ketchup and yes this is monday and yes Archie is here but I reckon he knew we would be on for an early one #work #van #food #cook #graft by @thescransitvan

So we had an early dart on this one so Pedro made a simple breakfast sandwich 🥪🍞

When I say simple but delicious this is the definition of it with bacon and cheese and a few seasonings 🥓🧀

Archie wasn't to happy this day either as he got out of bed for an hours work and lost some of his beauty sleep but I think this cheered him up a bit 😃💙👨‍🍳
