POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

i'm *constantly* hearing actors (and non-actors alike) stressing that they're "too old" to get started in this business. if you're one of those people... you're going to want to tune into this week's episode. 😉

Sean Alexander James is breaking down his journey on the pod 🎙️ and you can stream it now on your fav streaming platform (or watch us on yt). by @theseanburger

Episode 3 of Lanterns is one of the best episodes of television I have ever seen.

Besides being phenomenally written and executed…this episode made me feel something I’ve haven’t felt in a very long time.

I am beyond proud to not only having had the absolute privilege of being raised by two PROUD black people, but whether it’s on a TV screen or in real life, the job will forever be the same:

Your kids have a great destiny ahead of them…they are supposed to do better and be better than you ever were. You as their parent must do everything in your power to get them there. Period.

Will they like or agree with every thing you do? Absolutely not.

Will they know you did it because you love them and you want them to reach their fullest potential in life? Without a doubt.

If you don’t agree…just look at me.

When it comes to attacking life and a career that very few in the world get to do?

Fearless.

The thing about a plateau is…

Eventually you break through them.

While the small victories along the way on this journey have been wonderful…

The ultimate prize at the end of this journey is nigh.

The day that’s been envisioned since December of 2024 is now upon us.

Only thing left to say now is:

16 months later, the end is indeed in sight.

We are officially rounding the corner on #OperationUnder300

Say hello to our “Final Boss”: The Last 20

He’s proving to be a BIG ol’ b*tch but very soon…I will be making him mine.

Can’t show y’all the moneymaker that is my frontside just yet, but what I can do is tell you:

Things are getting pretty dangerous.

There are simply five reasons why I personally make the trend of wearing heavier rock band t-shirts the best it’s gonna look:

1. I actually LISTEN to rock/metal🤘🏾

2. New day…different shirt

3. The cuban link addition is like Canadian-imported maple syrup on pancakes.

4. I’m like Mother’s Milk from The Boys if all my shirts featured said rock/metal bands.

5. Myself being the sexy chocolate center of this M&M makes this fit sooo illegal in the best way possible😉

Hey @shondarhimes ,

When you’re about to start pre-production on the new seasons of Bridgerton or Queen Charlotte…have your people call my people, K?

I would say this tape would be PERF for a show like Downton Abbey, but you know…

🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Regardless, hook this good stuff up to my veins, and let me get loaded up on that all day EVERY day!!!🥰🙏🏾

Not only am I one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, I’m also one of the humblest.

As humans, we should never really play the “who’s better?” game with others because we all have our value on this planet in some way, shape or form.

But y’all…I am gonna say this with my WHOLE chest cavity:

What I do is one of the hardest skills or professions in the world…and I make that sh*t look DAMN good!🔥🙌🏾
