I want to take a moment to give a HUGE thank you to my amazing dance coach and partner Kurticiah Niles. The past 3 months you’ve given me your time, your energy, your patience, and most importantly, your faith in me. Even when I doubted myself, you never did. Every rehearsal every correction every time you pushed me to do something I didn’t think I could do you were helping me become better. And for that, I’ll forever be grateful. I hope I made ya proud.

We walked away with 3rd place, but we gained something much bigger than a trophy. Even during the busiest months of my wedding season, we still managed to put in the work and help raise around $6,000 for The SEAT Center! And THAT was the real reason we stepped onto that dance floor. To give back, make a difference, and be part of something bigger than ourselves!

Congratulations to all the winners and every single contestant! The talent in that room was unbelievable. Honestly everybody deserved to walk away with something that’s how much talent and hard work went into this competition.

The creators of Dancing With Capital Region Local Stars, Thank you for the memories, the laughs, the rehearsals, and everything in between your work doesn’t go unnoticed you sisters did an amazing job @elainamarie23 @ginasainatotronco

What a morning ❤️ Thank you @keybank and Key4Women for bringing The Power of Our Story by Shayla Rivera to the Capital Region.

One quote that stuck was “Wherever I am, I’m supposed to be there right now.”

In a world that makes it incredibly easy to question where you are, this statement was grounding.

Every story starts somewhere! We are blessed to be immersed in workforce development daily and to witness so many incredible journeys. by @theseatcenter

Some of our best days are when we get to visit a company and experience it firsthand. It was very meaningful to participate in @nationalgrid National Grid's annual Career Expo.

Our students were exposed to careers in electric and gasline work, engineering, control center operations and one of our favorites, environmental careers! by @theseatcenter
