Yesterday I got to work with an assistant on one of those little things that makes such a BIG difference in the Aveda experience : The Hand Relief Ritual. 🌿

My biggest message to her: always assume the guest wants the ritual. Don’t skip the experience before you’ve even offered it.

And it’s not about perfectly nailing every movement or remembering every single step. It’s about the intention behind it. Slow it down, create a moment, and make your guest feel cared for.

I haven’t done one in YEARS 😂 and I’m sure I missed a step or two… but guess what? It still felt GOOD.
