Here’s a little medley of moments from our last 4 days of shows in Monheim am Rhein as part of their culture festival on the waterfront. We performed our Sea Sphere on day one, the Mystic Mirror Globe on days 2 and 3 and then the Enchanted Flower Globe for the forth day. We shared some really beautiful moments with the audiences over the 4 days.

It’s a wrap! A lovely second day of roaming shows at Out of the Ordinary Festival in Cambridge. Today we were in the Christs Pieces Park performing the Mystic Mirror Globe.

There was a lot of intrigue as she glided through the park, stopping to select members of the public to pick a box. Some thoughtful moments, some contemplation and of course love. After yesterday’s rain deluge, it was a lovely sunny day today, perfect street theatre festival weather!

Thank you @camcityevents and @lewisoanderson for having us! 🪞

A lovely first day at Out of the Ordinary Festival with our Enchanted Flower Globe in Cambridge. The rain may have arrived in the midst of it all but it didn’t put Floris off or dampen the spirits of her audiences. There was no shortage of little helpers to find all the ladybirds and breath life into the butterflies 🦋❤️

We’ll be back tomorrow with the Mystic Mirror Globe, Will the Mystic pick you? If she does which box will you pick?!

A lovely evening last night at Schloss Köthen in Germany. Our Enchanted Flower Globe was part of a programme of artists creating a magical garden experience amongst the stage shows. Lovely to perform alongside our friends @pantao.de once again this summer.

This was our final festival of this current 6 weekend run across Germany and Switzerland. Today we head to pick up our trailer containing the Mystic Mirror Globe and then head back toward the UK.

Next weekend you can see both the Enchanted Flower Globe and the Mystic Mirror Globe perform in Cambridge at Out of the Ordinary Festival. A rare UK sighting this summer! Tim and I then collect the Sea Sphere which has been performing in Hull this weekend and head back out to Germany with all 3 Globes for a 4 day run of shows…..more on that later 😁

We’ve had a wonderful long weekend in Switzerland last weekend, performing at Spettacolo Festival in Brunnen.

Our Enchanted Flower Globe performed 14-16th August on the stunning lakefront with mountains backdrop. Floris had to do her best not to be distracted by the incredible scenery all the time 😂🥰

It was a great line up of artists and Tim and I were lucky enough to catch the show of ToyToyToyYoYo from Japan. Look them up, incredible stuff!

Since then we’ve been slowly making our way back to Germany via a quick dip into Austria and we’re ready for tomorrow’s shows at Schloss Köthen 22nd Aug.

Meanwhile in the UK you may have spotted that our Sea Sphere was out in Hull today with Megan and John, they will be performing again tomorrow and Sunday in Victoria Square 🧜🏻‍♀️ 21-23rd Aug.

I’m a little behind on keeping you all up to date on where we’ve been performing! Last weekend we were in Fest der Fantasie held in the grounds of the stunning Schloss Drachenburg. The Mystic Mirror Globe performed for Saturday and Sunday feeling very at home in the castle grounds!

It’s extra delightful for us as the artistic directors are good friends of ours, Pantao, as were many of the other artists performing over the weekend. In fact our hearts are full from a beautiful few weeks staying with Pantao and several fellow artists between the festivals we are all performing at.

On Tuesday we waved them goodbye and started our journey to Switzerland. Tim and I enjoyed some beautiful scenery around the vineyards of the Rhein and further up by Zunzingen. Yesterday we arrived in Brunnen, Switzerland in preparation for today’s shows. You can see the view we arrived to in our stories if you’re quick!!

We have had a cheeky 2 week break from touring mid season! Back in the UK and Spain catching up with family, friends and reminding ourselves that we have a lovely home we rather like to sleep in, even if we’ve only spent about 5 weeks there since January!

However we’re back on the road now doing what we love and we are ready!

This weekend John and Elaine will be off with the Sea Sphere performing at Camp Bestival Friday to Sunday in Dorest, UK. Great to be returning there after so much fun last year with the Mystic Mirror Globe.

Meanwhile Tim and I head back out of the UK to Germany for the first of 6 weekends of back to back festivals.

This weekend is Kleines Fest in Ludwigslust with 2 different acts, the Mystic Mirror Globe and the Enchanted Flower Globe. I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve performed with one of our Globes at this festival over the years. It’s always a pleasure to be with our Kleines Fest family with Harald and Ghita.

Stay tuned for where else you can find us this summer!#streettheatre #outdoorarts #outdoorartsuk #theshowglobe #tourlife taken in Dover, Kent by @theshowglobe
