Boulder’s most iconic eatery, @thesinkboulder , is more than just a restaurant—it’s a piece of history. Nestled on The Hill since 1923, this legendary spot has seen it all, from a visit by President Obama to its cameo on “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives.” Known for its quirky vibe, colorful murals, and unforgettable dishes, The Sink has been serving up local flavors and unforgettable memories for over a century.

Here’s what we had to try during our visit:

🍔 • THE CAPONE
A burger that’s pure perfection—local grass-fed patty, sun-dried tomato tapenade, pesto mayo, arugula, red onion, and fried fresh mozzarella. Absolute swagger on a plate.

🧀 • BUFF MAC
A fan favorite featured on Man v. Food! Creamy mac & cheese topped with crispy buffalo chicken tenders, bleu cheese crumbles, scallions, and breadcrumbs. Comfort food at its finest.

🍕 • SLAUGHTERHOUSE 5
A meat-lover’s dream! Spiced chicken, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, ground beef, and gooey mozzarella over classic tomato sauce.

Whether you’re a local, a CU Boulder student, or just passing through, The Sink is a must-visit. Come for the history, stay for the incredible eats!🎉
